I actually bought two to use in my Ninja Air Fryer - perfect fit. Well built with some weight to them like they will be durable. I’ve only used them a couple times so far but they cleaned up easily - used cooking spray. Very satisfied.

These cake pans are well made and the thickness is great! The sides are straight which helps the cake layers to stack nicely. They clean up easily too with warm soapy water. I believe these will last for years to come.

I bake cakes for people often. It's a side business of mine. I needed to make little "smash" cakes for a kid's birthday party, and these 2" pan worked great. They are really well made, and the quality of materials is very high. The cakes I baked in them came out very evenly baked. I have baked several cakes in them, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry, and each have turned out great. I didn't need to alter my recipes at all. If you are looking to bake 2" cakes, you will do yourself a favor by getting these. I highly recommend... I have bought three of them.

This is a high quality pan that will easily last a life time, great for professionals and home baker alike. It's a little sad that there is a ding at the bottom of the pan when it arrives, however this may be a one off as I have been buying and using tens of Last Confection pans without any issues. They surpasses Fat Daddio pans in uniform baking and do not turn yellow under high temperature.

This pan is strong and solid. It is beautifully made and I expect I will be able to use it for years. I like that it does not have a non-stick coating. I prefer pans like this that can be scrubbed with a Brillo pad and also there is no finish to peel or to leak dangerous chemicals. This pan is perfect. It is not a spring form pan, though, so you would be wise to place a circle of parchment paper at the bottom when you use it which will enable you to remove your cakes more easily.
