This is the fourth time I wrote this because I keep hitting the back key, loosing all just before I'm about to send. So I'll keep this one short. This is the second time I've purchased a 7-inch pie screen from this seller and both times same packaging everything is very nice the screen has weight to it it's solid, quality, it has built-in speakers it comes with a 3 amp power brick an assortment of cables pretty much everything you'll ever need for it right there except for a battery pack that would be nice but there is wires for that and a terminal. I believe there's an NFC card reader on the back I never really took the time to find out but to me it looks like an NFC reader. Oh no I'll probably get a third and a fourth because they're great. Great value also considering what all comes with it too which, that being said the screen almost pays for itself and that price amongst the accessories. I don't really leave any reviews but I'm very happy with this product in the seller. They are also quick to retply to any questions you may have shipping is fast, just all around a good deal! I hope this helps some of you with your purchase decisions, it took me awhile to get my first one because I to was skeptical of the price and quality, but I definitely don't regret it! Handy for so many things! how many things have you thought would be better with a screen on it seriously,? I believe at one point in time I probably even thought about putting a screen on my toilet seat later LOL well now I can 😂 I think I'm going to get two more to throw in my visors in my vehicle, I could probably help you with some ideas while I'm typing this fourth time. Still. Lol back of headrests for children and vehicles, always wanted that refrigerator with a LCD screen it does more than just tell you what button to push or a temperature at best, easy retrofit. Have children? Well not now you'll be selling buy more of these 😂😂 Stop putting them in everything what's wrong with you, you need help! 😂 (Clicks buy on 2 more)😂 information, impractical the quality they get the job done and you can really develop a disorder if you had too many of them, I wonder how many will fill my living room wall ... Now that definitely would not be the best value for square inch 😂 okay my review and days are done I'm retired have a good one! It's not a thin plastic layer for packaging and shipping reasons, it's pre-applied screen protector with no installer error air bubbles!, Smack your other hand if it tries to take it off! "No, Bad Hand, You Behave!". 😂

I like the video and audio quality and the touchscreen is responsive and works well. I am using a Pi4 (rev 1.2) with the Raspberry Pi OS 5.4 and everything worked with no issues. I have one small complaint and is the only reason I left off the 5th star for overall rating. First I should acknowledge the "gift" cables that were included. When using the "gift" FPC cable along with the "gift" 3 pin power cable the connectivity is clean and simple and preserved valuable USB ports. My one complaint is that the port for plugging in the FPC cable should have been of a better quality. You can't tell when the port is unlocked because the locking harness moves so little. I ended up pulling it all the way out. Then the amount of contact space for the ribbon cable is minimal, this caused a bad connection on the first attempt as the contact end of the cable was not seated far enough into the FPC port. After removing the locking harness and pushing the cable in more I was able to reconnect the lock and stick the cable to the board (nice feature the sticky cable). This may sound a little bit nitpicky, but it was very annoying having to deal with what could have been a very simple task if there was a better quality and larger FPC port/harness. Now I just have to hope it doesn't ever fall off and get lost. Cool product, very nice quality display that is full screen, no borders and clear and bright, touch screen is responsive and accurate, sound is not bad for onboard.

This is my second 7" touchscreen from Eviciv. The first one was damaged by my own negligence. Eviciv's customer support is unparalleled with any other companies that I have run across. They replaced my original purchase even after the grace period without question. If you are looking for a company that keeps their word then you've found them! Edit - Original Review: I purchased this 7" touchscreen to pair with my Raspberry Pi 4. I really like the portability and freedom the touchscreen provides. The Pi attaches firmly to the back of the screen out of view. The USB monitor is an excellent addition (a must have!) to anyone looking for a single or second monitor. It is extremely versatile and even includes all the adaptors and connectors needed for both the Raspberry Pi 3, 4, and so much more. Also, the prop stands are MAJOR! I love that EVICIV provides a regular HDMI and Micro HDMI cable/ribbon (plus a 3-pin connector) as extra gifts that eliminates having to use bulky wires. In addition, you cannot beat the lifetime replacement on most of the accessary parts provided! Make sure that you place the monitor on a FLAT secure location with plenty of room on either side with a couple of inches of extra micro usb cordage when powering from a wall outlet. I say this because I learned the hard way that the prop stands can easily slide. This can become an issue much quicker than you think especially when carrying the device around the house. One bump to the table that does not have leeway on either side and BOOM. The monitor can easily fall to the ground. I recommend putting a couple of sticky rubber pads on the bottom of each prop.

Ho collegato questo schermo a un raspberry pi 4, lo schermo ha una buona luminosità ma qui finiscono i suoi pregi. lo stile è da rivedere magari aggiungendo una cover in confezione per coprire i bordi e il retro. Il touch screen non è precisissimo e bisogna premere con più forza rispetto ad altri schermi ma comunque visto il prezzo è accettabile. In conclusione un prodotto da 6-- utile se non si hanno grosse pretese in termini di risoluzione e prestazioni del touch screen

Am Bild sieht man mein Setup Raspberry Pi mit und Kühlrippen oben drauf. Zuerst mal das Positive: + Er funktioniert super und einfach. + Die Touch-Funktion funktioniert auch ohne externe Stromversorgung... ABER! + Leicht aufzubauen + Jede Menge Extras im Paket Negative - Theoretisch kann man den Raspberry Pi hinten dran schrauben, aber nur wenn man sonst keine Lüfter und Gehäuse für Lüfter dran hat. - Wenn man die Standfüße benutzt kann man den Pi hinten nicht dran Schraubern außer man hat L Stecker für die Stromversorgung und dem HDMI-Anschluss. anders rum dran schrauben geht zwar aber dann ist das mitgelieferte Kabel zu kurz. - Die Beschreibung sagt dass man 2 mal 5 Volt Stromversorgungen braucht damit die Touch-Funktion läuft. DAS IST FALSCH. Die funktioniert auch ohne. Was allerdings dann nicht funktioniert sind die beiden eingebauten Lautsprecher. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden die Touch-Funktion zu deaktivieren dass die Lautsprecher dafür laufen. Über die GPIO konnte ich es nicht probieren da die Pins bereits durch die Lüfter belegt sind. ~Das Handbuch ist nicht korrekt, und außerdem (für meine Verhältnisse) in einem seltsamen Englisch verfasst. Zumindest liest es sich so als müsste der Hersteller auf eine Mahlzeit verzichten weil er Kabel im Wert von ein paar Cent dazu gegeben hat. ~Während das Kabel Micro-USB zu USB richtig in der Länge ist das HDMI Kabel auf jeden Fall zu lang. Obwohl ich bei den Negativen Punkten ausführlicher war gebe ich eine klare kauf Empfehlung.

Das Display kam gut verpackt an. Neben dem Display lagen im Karton noch viele Kabel und ein kleines Anleitungsbuch welches verraten hat, wie die Kabel zu verwenden sind bei den verschiedenen RaspberryPi-Konstellationen. Das Display hat, so wie es auch richtigerweise in der Beschreibung steht, kein Gehäuse, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit es mit beigelegten Standfüßen aufzustellen. Auf der Rückseite des Displays ist Platz um einen RaspberryPi anzuschrauben (Entsprechendes Zubehör liegt auch bei). Im Gegensatz zu anderen Rezensenten passt bei mir auch das original RaspberryPi Ladekabel ohne Winkel-Stecker. Die Funktionen des Displays sind einwandfrei. Touch funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig, die Bildqualität ist der Auflösung entsprechend gut und die Helligkeit ausreichend. Von den verbauten Lautsprechend sind keine Wunder zu erwarten, aber auch diese bieten erfreulich guten Sound. Zwei zu vernachlässigende negative Punkte gibt es allerdings doch: > Etwas schade ist, dass mein Display am untersten Pixelstreifen leicht flimmert. > Im Anleitungsbuch ist nicht eindeutig zu erkennen welche Belegung auf dem GPIO angesteuert werden muss, aber da hilft kurzes suchen im Internet, wenn die Belegung nicht eh bekannt ist. Insgesamt würde ich das Display, gerade wenn es im Angebot ist, jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Das Produkt selbst ist gut: der Schirm läßt sich standalone betreiben oder man kann den RPi huckepack hinten draufschrauben. Was mir weniger gut gefällt sind im Wesentlichen 2 Dinge: 1. Die "Marketing-Idee", ein paar essentielle Kabel beizulegen, diese als "Gift Accessories" zu bezeichnen, mit dem Hinweis, daß man keinen Anspruch hätte, wenn denn etwas kaputt sei finde ich nicht so berauschend. Immerhin, bei mir war's ein HDMI Anschluß mit Flachband-Kabel, der nicht funktionierte. Jedoch, man fand auf Anfrage eine Kulanz. 2. Das Gerät ist moderner als die beigelegte Beschreibung (es findet sich ein weiterer Anschluß on board um den Touch-Screen zu versorgen, der im Handbuch nicht existiert). Kein Problem im Normalfall, sowas findet man halt am Internet. Hier jedoch Fehlanzeige: Die Domäne der Firma existiert als eMail-Adresse, jedoch nicht am Internet, findet sich auch keinerlei Hinweis in der Beschreibung.
