Roasting Pan with Rack-Nonstick Oven Roaster with Removable Grid to Drain Fat and Grease-Healthier Cooking with Kitchen Bakeware by Classic Cuisine

I specifically ordered this set because of its dimensions, hoping it would fit in my Instant Omni Plus air fryer oven and it does! Note that these are not as deep as the stock Omni Plus pan & rack, so you won't be able to fit as much food on/in them. The baking pan fits right out of the box & the deeper pan will be a great addition to my air fryer baking options. The rack needs a couple slight adjustments to work (see picture, I used pliers to very slightly extend the curve on the four corners to make the handles stay in the oven grooves.) The rack works in the position showed (tray above handles), but tends to easily slide out if flipped with the tray portion under the handles. To make sure the rack won't tilt, you need to push the rack fully forward or back due to the cutouts in the oven's handle grooves. Hope this helps anyone else looking for additional trays for their Omni Plus!

Nice enough and the price is good. The pan appears decent quality and the non-stick coating seems effective. The grid is a bit small for the plan and has a different coating (black vs grey). This coating is either not non-stick or not very effective as non-stick. Despite that I would buy again.

This is just about the exact one I was trying to replace. Mine was lost in a move. I think it is durable and is about perfect for broiling. The rack could be just a bit higher from the bottom to suit me, but it is the style of broil pan I like. It is easy to clean. Even more so when you put a shallow amount of water in the bottom! My original had more space between the bottom and the rack, which I liked best. I wouldn’t use it for baking, etc. because I don’t think it would be good to cut in like you might with cakes or brownies. Just what I wanted!

I roast skinless/boneless chicken breast trim pieces with this pan. I bake at 450 F for 20 minutes. I line the pan with foil then put the meat directly on the rack. I let it cool then promptly wipe the rack with a soft warm soapy sponge. I pour the fat and water off of the foil then crumple it up and throw it away. If I am careful I don't have to touch the pan. But sometimes there is a small mess on the pan. I use the same sponge and it cleans right up. After many batches the pan and rack do not appear to be suffering nor do they appear to be losing their non-stick coating. I have not tried roasting or baking in the pan without foil. I usually grease pans for baking breads, etc. with butter as opposed to cooking spray because high temperatures seem to make cooking spray harden permanently to the surface of nonstick pans.

These are the greatest for baking, with or without the rack.

After only 3 uses the outside layer is flaking off. It has only been hand washed, never run through the dishwasher. The rack is also not sturdy (very bendy) and the roast ends up sitting on the bottom of the pan. It was a small roast 2-3lbs, which kind of defeats the purpose of this rack. For safety reasons please look elsewhere as I doubt ingesting the coating on the pan is very good for you.

You get what you pay for. When washing the pan gets damaged very easily

I ordered a pan from another vendor because I had a couple and some other credits. Well, it was so sturdy and heavy that if I put a large roast or stuffed turkey, I was going to need someone to lift it in and out of the oven. This pan is much lighter than I had anticipated. I decided to keep. I'll let you know how long it lasts.

A cute tray its not very big but it does the job in baking a few chic peices to a small whole chicken. Easy to clean & light not heavy at all Good quality

No me gustó porque se resbala todo el tiempo en las parrillas del horno y no tiene sentido usarla o tratar de usarla si se resbala y existe el riesgo de que se caiga lo que se este horneando.

Great roasting pan, love this product. Clean up is easy too.

Like that is super easy to clean. Wished it was a bit deeper but for the price point it hit the spot for me
