Very easy to use, reliable product!! I use it regularly to make Colloidal Silver at home. SO many uses!! Would definitely recommend to others, and would purchase again if I ever needed another one. I purchased this product 3-1/2 years ago. I had a couple of questions, so i contacted the seller. His response time was so fast! And he was so very kind and helpful! Recently, i encountered another small question, and yet again, even this long after my purchase, Chris was so quick to respond and helped me resolve my issue! It seems like it works well. The only part I don’t like is that the TDS meter doesn’t work correctly. I can’t tell if the PPM’s are right. I will process the silver for up to 3 hours and it the TDS meter stays at 7 or less. I check the colloidal silver batch with the laser light and it looks ready, but the tester isn’t accurate to know my actual PPM’s. It might be a good idea to offer a better TDS tester in the future for customers.

I wanted to take a few minutes to talk about the customer service of this company and of Chris. I bought a generator in early 2020 but by the time I went to use it I had forgotten everything I’d learned about making Colloidal Silver (CS) I reached out to Chris who promptly got back to me and kindly answered my questions - some of which I am CERTAIN were CS 101 or CS for Dummies questions but he didn’t blink. Chris answered ALL my questions and cheered me on and also assured me I could reach out anytime if I needed more help. I knew he meant it. Quite recently after using his CS generator many times I had questions about some of the generator’s parts and again Chris did not disappoint. He answered promptly. Explaining what probably had gone wrong (my fault completely by the way) and helped me to get my generator back up and working as good as new. That’s so impressive to me because we are not talking about a $10,000 generator, but a simple, cost effective way to make your own CS. If you’re on the fence which company to go with…..wonder no more. This is the only place to buy where you get good old fashioned customer service and incredible support as well as an excellent product at an excellent and very competitive price. Quick delivery, I received it MUCH sooner than expected. The kit includes everything as advertised and all is really good quality. I opened the box, unpacked the contents and in 5 minutes had set up my first batch of colloidal silver to brew, With the easy instructions includes=d, it was a success and done within a few hours, (I already had steam distilled water on hand, which I did test with the included TDS meter.) I also checked other water sources with the meter to make sure it read correctly and it did. Following the kit instructions, I used the laser to determine when the cs was finished brewing,. No guesswork! No more buying expensive cs! There ARE much MORE EXPENSIVE cs generators out there but this one is reasonably priced and it works wonderfully. This really IS everything needed. I've been using a home made colloidal silver maker for nearly 20 years. My dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness and after many many months of research - discovered colloidal silver. I'm not a doctor - but I'm an IT Professional whose life is diagnostics/analysis/troubleshooting/solution engineering. That said - there are fakes everywhere - most of these kits are trash as such. This one - seems to be legitimate - but there are some problems. 1: No power indicator light. - That's strike 1 - safety. 2: No On/off switch - Strike 2 - Safety. 3: I've been making my own silver just my dad made it - and the first thing you always do is boil your water - rolling boil. The reason for this is not only is it faster - but it sterilizes the water. It's just clean - even tho your using Distilled water - its just good common sense. - Strike 3. 4: The "TDP" Water device - dead on arrival - don't know if its the batteries - or cheap construction - Strike 4. 5: The Plastic Lid/separator - clever idea - love it. 6: I was under the impression the beaker came with the kit - Stupid me didn't read the fine print - no big deal - may want to call that out a bit more clearly - again - that's on me. 7: My kit has a "short circuit" indicator (not sure how to define this) - the light comes on when the wires touch - which is not a good thing - as it defeats the purpose of electrolysis. This is also a good way to show if the water is bad - which removes the need for a TDP water in my honest opinion as you would have to go over board crazy - ignore obvious indicators to be a problem - and Silver is only a problem if your allergic to it or have galleons of the stuff. Now I'm not an expert biologist or a doctor - but I've lived on this stuff for years and years - its almost second nature to me to make it blind. I got this kit as a spare backup as my Dad's health isn't what it used to be and it's kind of a semi-permanent construction - now I'm thinking this kit isn't worth the money on it even tho it seems to be legitimate. This feedback isn't the kind to scare people away - but an opportunity for you to improve your kit and your knowledge on the product. If the seller is legitimate interested in holding a conversation and working with me - great - if your here to make money - don't bother. As to those looking for a kit that won't rip them off? This seems to be a solid - but there are some things that are not right with it - which lessens the impact/potency of the product in my hoenst opinion. But compared to the fakes out there - this is a lesser evil. Bottom line - it can be much better - much easier - especially for the money. I'm not sending this back just yet - but I may not keep it anyway as the kit I have is vastly better in-spite of the inability to swap my wires out easily. I may end up learning some electrical mechanics on my own anyway. (not interested in selling a kit - just surviving the COVID hell we're in) This stuff works - and that's why I bought this kit - so I'm hopeful the seller is interested in doing the right thing. The rest is up to you.

It is easy to make, clean and simple to set up, and the final product works very well and effectively. I have a very large batch that will last a long time after just my first use. I'm very satisfied and wish I bought this ages ago!

This works well. I made one small batch to try it out. It came out well. Using it again today and try a bigger batch this time. Am satisfied with the outfit.👍

Pricing out the cost of a CS making kit, this one was the best value I found at the time. Only thing missing compared to the most expensive kit was the stirrer, so I purchased a stirrer separately to keep costs down. The kit arrived a couple days later due to going through customs, but it arrived intact and I was able to make a batch of CS the next day. The laser also worked as described. I was able to test the laser on a previously purchased bottle of CS and the new bottle I had just made, and saw the same results. Happy with my purchase!

The generator works great. The TPS meter was a faulty one I had another one so not a problem for me, I would definitely buy from again.

This product arrived on time and all of it's parts and pieces were included as advertised. Unfortunately it comes with no instructions on how to use or make the Colloidal Silver, no charts on how to make it a certain strength and how long to make that strength with this product, no YouTube videos of this particular product being demonstrated and no indicator light to show that the product is actually charging your water. So when you let it sit for an hour before you come and stir it and realize you didn't have a good connection on your rods and it hasn't been charging. It will test your patients. I ran this product for 48 hours and could only produce 21ppm (parts per million) Colloidal Silver for 24oz. Other products estimate 40ppm (parts per million) to take 4.5 to 5 hours for 24oz. So those looking for a lower ppm (parts per million), this is a good product. It will certainly do the trick. But those looking to seed, you need 30-40 ppm to seed. I don't know if it is even possible for this product to produce 40ppm. If you use Colloidal Silver for health reasons and require a lower ppm (parts per million), this is a fantastic product. But if you are looking to seed, I would say you need more power and are likely better off paying a bit more money for a full service kit that comes with the glass, a machine with an indicator light and full instructions on production and performance for that particular product.
