This is a well put together kit. The quality is very good, it is simple and easy to construct and looks really good. It all came in a sturdy nicely designed box with everything well wrapped inside. The little extras are are a real bonus; the bag to put everything in and the booklet with instructions and training tips (including clear photos). This booklet also had the instructions for how to assemble the parts. This was hardly needed as it was so simple already, but I liked how nothing was overlooked. The push up bars are comfortable and sturdy and will not slip or slide. The ab roller had a smooth movement with was comfortable with the help of the knee mat. Another bonus is that you get access to a lifetime warranty and tutorial videos on the website. You get a card with a registration code included with your purchase. I would recommend this product!

Where do i start ? Firstly the price for three pieces of quality equipment is amazing and i can confirm that its well worth it. Am so impressed with how effective the ab roller is and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get a six pack. The skipping ropes were much higher quality than expected, with a ball bearing mechanism which makes your skipping experience much smoother. The push up bars were; easy to assemble, light weight and sturdy which makes them perfect to use. Overall i highly recommend it.

Pros- the ab wheel roller and push up bars are super easy to assemble and very good quality, great for doing indoor workouts and I even bring them to the gym. The knee mat is also good although it would be better if it was a bit thicker, but overall it does the job protecting your knees. Cons- The gym bag is pretty poor quality, only been using it a week and it's already ripped. The skipping rope is awful, very small even at maximum length, it keeps skimming my feet and head every time I use it, you can't get a good skip on due to the size and now I've given up using it (I'm 5'10'').

I've only recently got these, but wanted to leave a review as I am genuinely super pleased with it! I used to go to the gym quite a bit, but have had to cut down on that due to work. This is a perfect bundle of basic but useful home workout equipment. Value for money is great, and so is the quality of the equipment. I have yet to see how long these last for with frequent use, but based on how sturdy they feel, I am happy to say they are pretty durable. The only small slightly negative comment I have is that each piece of equipment comes individually wrapped in plastic when already packaged in a cardboard box. Of course this does not reflect the actual product quality and value, but as someone trying to reduce unnecessary waste, it bothered me slightly!

A storage bag 6. An instruction booklet. The abdominal roller and push-up bar comes in pieces and they are very easy to assemble. You may also take them apart easily in order to fit them in the carry bag. Most of the pieces are made of good quality plastic and feels sturdy enough. The bar of the abdominal roller is made of metal. The length of the skipping rope can be adjusted without any difficulties. Everything is clearly mentioned in the The instruction manual. I liked the product very much and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced exercise kit. The best thing is that it comes with a life time warranty. This kit would also make an excellent gift for friends and family.

This product is great; it comes in a box and contains everything stated. Everything is super easy to put together and can hold a lot of weight (I am currently 85kg). The skipping rope is a little long, however, you can always trim it down if you are a shorter person. The ab roller and bars are strong and sturdy but the mat that is provided isn’t the very big or the thickest, so if you prefer a soft surface to workout on, I’d recommend purchasing a thicker mat. You also get a code to use to possibly earn a prize on the website which is quite cool.

Really good value for money for what you get to be honest.. all feels very sturdy and safe, extremely simple to use.. rated 4 stars as my only issue I had was with the mat! As a 6'4 Male it only just about fits one knee on it - looks a little bigger in the picture, but not a very big deal since the important parts work perfect!

Todos los artículos son de plástico, con alguna pieza de metal, pero bajo mi punto de vista se ven de buena calidad y resistentes. Los agarres tanto de las barras de flexiones como del rodillo de abdominales son cómodos. Un plus que tenga vídeos con ejercicios en la web de fitbeast, además de una pequeña guía impresa incluida en el set. También trae de "regalo" (lo catalogo así porque en la foto del producto no se ve) una bolsa de cuerdas para el transporte de todo el material. En mi opinión, calidad/precio difícilmente superables. Muy recomendable.

Super, simple à monter, la roue pour abdos, et les poignées pour pompes sont très efficaces .Un petit point négatif pour le livre d explication en anglais.

Ich habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil mein Fitnessstudio in der Coronavirus Zeit geschlossen hat, damit weiterhin auch von daheim aus Fit bleiben. Zu den Produkten: -Die Liegestützgriffe sind sehr stabil gebaut und schonen die Handgelenke. Zudem kann man sie auch an der Höhe/Winkel verstellen damit man z.B. die Brustmuskulatur auch anders trifft. -Das Springseil ist sehr schön flexibel liegt gut in der Hand und man kann das Seil an die eigene Körpergröße anpassen -Der AB Roller ist auch sehr gut gebaut. Was ich auch gut finde ist, dass eine Knie Matte mitgeliefert wurde damit die Knie geschont werden. Alles in einem macht dieses Produkt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, ich würde das Produkt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Imballaggio ottimo e prodotti consegnati in un cofanetto apposito, in cui ogni oggetto era riposto in una bustina di plastica e che presenta a che una pratica bustina a zainetto per trasportare gli attrezzi. - Corda per saltare: la corta si presenta di ottima fattura così come gli altri prodotti. Ha maniglie in spugna morbida e il bilanciamento della corda sembra ottimale. Se siete abituati ad altre corde ci vorrà qualche minuto per prendere il ritmo (ma questo succede per ogni corda nuova) ma dopodiché non ci saranno problemi. È possibile accorciarla/allungarla a piacimento. - AB wheel: si presenta smontata ma il montaggio non richiede più di qualche secondo. Pratico modo per allenare gli addominali e facilmente trasportabile. Unica "pecca" è che gli esercizi eseguibili con tale attrezzo richiedono un livello di allenamento almeno intermedio, motivo per cui diventa difficile a un principiante approcciarvisi partendo da 0. Per il resto anche in questo caso il prodotto è di ottima fattura e i materiali utilizzati di qualità. - maniglie per piegamenti a terra: c'è poco da dire in merito. La qualità è ottima, il materiale utilizzato è plastica dura (ritengo fosse inutile farle in materiale metallico, rendendole inutilmente più pesanti). Il montaggio anche qui non richiede che pochi secondi. Utilissime per fare piegamenti a terra, aiutando a mantenere il polso in una posizione fisiologica (alcuni potrebbero trovare scomodo fare i piegamenti direttamente sul pavimento) e permettono una maggiore escursione di movimento nel gesto motorio in modo da stimolare al meglio le fibre muscolari del petto. Pienamente soddisfatto!

Pour une dizaine d'utilisations, le matériel me semble de bonne qualité et agréable d'utilisation. Les poignées push-up sont tout en plastique ce qu'il me laisse dire que leur durée de vie est assez limitée mais je verrai bien sur la durée. Bon produit, je recommande.
