I use this with my WW program. As mixed it is 1pp pt. I use the vanilla and add diff flavors of sugar free instant pudding and a bit of light cool whip to make it mouse-like. So I add an extra point. Adding a bit of SF banana pudding then sliced banana’s topped with the light cool whip is like banana cream pie! My husband favors when I add a bit of chocolate sf pudding mix and light cool whip to make a mouse and add just a bit of shaved dark choc on top! Still low points and a yummy protein desert.

I add a little coconut milk to thicken it up a bit

I ordered the proti diet protein bars in the past and they tasted great!!, and I’ve ordered pudding mixes in the past, but not from this company. It is inedible!! do not order. Tried to place a return or exchange but just was told the item cannot be returned.

As far as protein pudding goes. It was decent. Great for mixing in fruit.

My FIL and I follow Optivia. We each lost 30 lbs and still going. Sometimes we found we need a slight change from their products for our tastebuds. This worked for us. I make it and put cinnamon in it (similar to a rice pudding or tapioca pudding). We enjoy it when we need a change from the name brand products.

I just love this, it is the perfect snack if you are looking for something sweet with some protein

Great product. Vanilla flavor tastes very good. However, packaging was poor. It was shipped in a nice paper bag, but it was smashed. A shipping box would have prevented this.

I am addicted to this!!! It wish they sold it in bulk! It tastes sooooooooo gooooooood!! I use to make various puddings in the blend and often add a litte frresh or frozen fruit. Please.. protidiet.. make this in a jug format because I am going through one box a week.. and this stuff isnt cheap.
