Buy it. It works. Heads up, make sure to choose correct size. Iโm petite and small fits me perfect. EXCELLENT support for the back. It tight but just perfect tight and help the back. Takes the โtirednessโ feeling from your back out. Comfortable to wear the whole day.

Comfy and easy to adjust
I am petite so I had to go smaller but it is so easy to adjust and folds really flat. It is comfortable I have disc herniation and this helps give me support. It is very wide but you can use the velcro to give support for upper and or lower lumbar.

good back support
Really supports well but the sizing is small. Order a size up for total comfort. Maybe my problem was that I wore it out by clothing but you are not supposed to wear it on your skin due to possible irritation

THE SIZE!
If you are a petite person (I am) you have to accept that these braces are not made o fit all body types so youโll need to try 2 or 3 to find a good fit. This was just too big for me, but that said, it was light years better than the one my PT person โgaveโ me! Quality was excellent and I definitely recommend it, just be sure it fits.

Comfortable to wear
I work as a personal care assistant in aged care which is creating many back problems, aching and pain when bending , this support belt has helped so much I no longer need the tablets each shift for pain.

The belt gives good support ,but elastic can be a little loose after few uses. Need to tighten well. And the plate is strong but can bend if your posture is tooo bending.
