Really really like them and use them almost daily.I stand and walk all day at work so I wear them there, along with their wrist weights companion and a weighted vest.What I like about them is that you're not limited to just using them on your ankles. You can wear them, like I do, right above your calves. I find this so much better as when they rest on your ankles you can feel the weight "pulling", so to speak, on your ankles.Much more comfortable.With that being said, wearing them above your calves did present another minor problem: itchiness.It could be because I have dry skin. Don't know.But after wearing them for nearly 12 hours, my skin is really itchy after taking them off.So I do 1 day on, 1 day off.For exercising I use these for "passive" exercises.Knee ups, donkey kicks, leg raises and scissors for abs, some shadow boxing and things like that.I don't run, jog or jump rope in them. I find these type of activities is what eventually leads to tearing etc, of the product.They don't shift or slide around. They Ride on top of the collar of a boot very well. Minimal shifting. Easy to attach.
