Very simple to use. very simple to affix. VERY sticky adhesive edit: ALL the latches are now broke. If you forget they are there, they snap. Do not buy. These are not fit for purpose as the plastic and glue flex, and so the lock does not hold after about a day. The only solution I have found so far is to install them, wait for them to fail, then painstakingly remove the catch with a hot knife and reposition it by eye to a spot where hopefully it will catch properly. Only now the glue has failed so you have to screw it in. And even after all this there is a potential problem where it catches wrongly and you end up ripping the now-screwed catch out of your door. Or the plastic breaks. This pattern also happened with the other version of this product I bought, so I will be reposting this review there as well.

Good in theory and when they were working they were great. Kept the kids out whilst being very easy for adults to open. What let them down was they the adhesion wasn't great so they kept falling off. Disappointing but we've had the same issue with other products too.

These are super adhesive and relatively easy to install (the installation cradle is key!). My only disappointment is that the straight lock part isn’t long enough. When I go to open my cabinet I can only open it enough to fit the end of a spoon in there to press down and release the lock. On my other cabinets it works great though so it is the fault of my cabinets and not the safety locks. I’m keeping them to use in our next house in hopes that those cabinets allow them to open farther if that makes sense.

I purchased a set of these to try on our cupboards. We have both inframe (inset) doors and standard doors. I would have liked to fit magnetic locks but they wont fit our inframe doors, so these were a good alternative to try. They're easy to fit and effective. Where we have inframe doors I've fitted just the lock and the door frame acts as a catch. For the standard doors I've fitted both the lock and the supplied catch. Both ways work well. My little girl is 18months and shes had free reign of opening and closing cupboards up to now. These made her cross for a day or so, but shes gotten used to them and has started to leave them alone. They arent madly strong and will skip the catch with a good hard pull. But they are strong enough for her. They've worked well so I've now purchased a second set.

For easy installation this product has a cradle... I’ve used similar in the past and it makes everything so easy. However in this instance the cradle doesn’t work and left me relying on guess work to get the lock in the right place. This meant taking the lock off a few times, which ruined the adhesive. Luckily this product comes supplied with screws, but they are very poor quality and become rounded very easily... so so so disappointed, and if the cradle had been right the product would have got 5/5!!!

Arrived within a day. Very easy to use with helpful guide which seller also followed up with video's etc in case we needed further help. Only downside is that our cupboards have little room on either side and counter overhangs so on some cupboards had to be installed at the bottom but works a treat. Very good value for money. Great quality, easy to use for adults but so far little terror hasn't figured them out. Suprisingly strong and adhesive.

If you have a fitted kitchen, or any cupboard that has a worktop/surface over the top of the door, you won’t be able to get your finger into the door to press the latch. I tried on 3-4 different types of cupboards around the house and couldn’t use on any. Useless. I have since returned these. Customer service wasn’t particularly helpful to be honest - they even asked for a video of their item being useless before the pointed me towards the Amazon returns process. If you want to try them out - they were easy to install. So I guess there’s that.
