Got here just in time for date night tonight with my bae. We went on a scorpion hunt (not really hunting just searching) it was awesome seeing them glowing in the dark and we even saw a tarantula eating a scorpion! This flashlight is way bigger than I expected, in the pic it looks kind of small but it was huge and awesome and really lit up the scorpions. Last one I bought from a local store was horrible, cost twice as much and stopped working after an hour this one is fantastic quality and really well made.

I have issues with my cat peeing on the carpet and I got this blacklight to figure out where I already cleaned vs where I missed a spot. Overall the product works great. The area of the light is quite large, which is good if you want to quickly scan through your carpet to find spots. In addition, the flashlight itself is quite heavy duty with a solid casing.

I got a new puppy and I needed to find any accidents before stepping on them. I think it works good on floors but not on carpets, I found wet spots on the carpet that smelled like urine when I aimed the light it would showed some but not all. I'm so glad my puppy is now fully potty trained! Now I use this product to find dirt in the house, lol.

The first time I used the black light it worked great. The next day I wanted to check my cleaning and it would not work. I changed the batteries, still didn't work, but, I unscrewed the cap and kept holding it and tapping it on the battery connection until the light shined. But, it would not screw on and have the light come on. I had to hold it lightly in the position to keep the light on. A bit hard I must admit.

Good for the price. Bright enough to spot some cat urine on my brick fireplace I didn't know was there. Smelled it before flashlight helped me find it. Culprit was re-homed as she didn't get along w/ my older cat. Amazed at how this flashlight can 'see'!

If you miss the correct way to install the battery canister -- which is easy to do--you may end up as we did with an overheated product that poses a severe fire hazard. I use it for 5 minutes and then turned it off, leaving it on the upholstered couch. 10 minutes later, I happened to pick it up again and it was red hot. The inside mechanism had melted. I shudder to think what would have happened to my house if I had left it on the couch much longer. This product should have a failsafe. I would give it zero stars if I could. I now have to make calls to the four other people I gave this as a gift to, in order to warn them about this hazard.

Lights up my grandson's glow in the dark shirts and rocks. Shows urine spots on my carpet, that I didn't realize were there.

I was able to see a lor on my carpet thday needed cleaning that we didn't know was there before. This little light also helps spot ring worm on pets. Love it.

Never imagine how dirty our carpet can be which is invisible to the naked eye. This works like magic!

This light is really bright, the visible light produced is quite dim, enough to use as a flashlight in the dark woods. The reflected light off my yellow biking clothes is so bright it hurts my eyes. Works for charging glow discs as well as using to search the woods in the dark for non glow but UV reactive discs.

Complaints are it requires too many batteries, 6 in total. And the glasses don't protect your eyes they aren't strong enough I get a instant headache. The light is too intense it's hard to use with bad glasses. Pros are it has a wide range of light, and the beam is strong. Good hefty size, unless you want to travel with it.

Great product! Heavy, metal, well made. This product does what it is supposed to do. It makes things that fluoresce, light up. Keeping in mind that if you buy this to highlight urine stains, don't freak out if you see fluorescing on your walls because soap also fluoresces.

The light is ok, a bit over priced for the low to med quality of the led's.Like most flashlights the housing is strong ,whats important is the bottom on/off switch,when they are new it works good, after a while the switch starts to fall apart.For the price of the light,the quality of the led's could be better.The light works fine for spotting glue,soap and other types of residue,some organic matter doesn't luminess but shows up as a darker spot.
