Better than the Cabelas branded mount
I actually have this on a SCAR heavy. I tried the Cabelas one and it did not make it long. That one was actually pretty bad. I figured this might be better. I am happy to report with about 400 rounds this has already exceeded the Cabelas unit. It has stayed tight. It has kept scope zero and not rotated yet. I take it off the rifle for safe storage and can put back where it was on the rifle once at range and it holds the original zero.

Returns to zero
Great value for the money. Appears to hold solidly and return to zero after removal and replacement. Fit's my receiver with room for a flip-up battle sight behind it and still provides adequate eye relief. What more could you want?

Make sure you are ordering for the correct scope tube size
This was advertised as being1"/30mm. Be advised that 30mm is much larger than 1". I pulled a bone headed move and ordered this for a 1" scope tube, didn't realize my mistake until after I had camouflaged it already. It is good quality, I will keep it for later use or for a friend who needs one. But I needed one for a smaller scope tube.

excellent scope mount
good price for a solid well built mount , i've been using it on a 6.5 grendel with a 4-24x50 monstrum tactical scope and on a 223 wylde rifle so i occasionally switch between them put at least 1000 rounds on it and it came lose once but it was my fault for not tightening the mount properly other than that i moved it on and off dozens of times and never had to make any adjustments the QD mount is useful and if like me you need to take it off to use iron sights or to use the scope on a different rifle .. but if you plan on leaving it on one rifle especially if it is a long range rifle then I'd stick to a non QD mount with med strength thread locker and forget it

Good budget mount
This Monstrum one piece scope mount with rings is a good buy. Quick delivery, light weight, and sturdy. The quick disconnect feature is a great thing. Scope mounted easily and the hardware that was included seems good. No instructions, but most folks can find any information on youtube. This item is made in China, but the cost difference from the major name brands is significant. I'll see if this mount and rings hold up to repeated recoil from my rifle. I recommend this if you are on a budget.

Read this before purchasing, I am only here to help
I put this on my AR15 with a Vortex crossfire II 2X7. I did much research on this mount and the scope, which I am writing a review for now. (the scope is a bang for the buck best you can get for 120$ IMO) Okay, for the mount, you will need a torque wrench to place the scope inside the rings properly. I hand-tightened them, and the scope moved after about 100 rounds. After putting 18-19 inch pounds of torque on the scope rings, it is totally secure, and the scope has not moved after 100 plus rounds. Do not exceed the torque of, let's just say 20-inch pounds because you will strip them out or crush your glass in the scope. It is challenging to gauge how much torque that is without the inch-pound torque wrench. I recommend investing in one. The screws that mount the rings to the rails are super soft (the softest I have seen on anything I can remember hardware related). I could not get more than 30-inch pounds without the flathead screwdriver threatening to strip the screws (sources say to tighten it to 40-inch pounds). Use the correct-sized flathead screwdriver and be very careful you will strip these screws much easier than you think. This is the significant flaw in the mount. The only way to secure the mount to the rifle securely also subtracts the ability to use the levers to quick-release the scope and mount. If you put this mount on an airsoft or .22 you potentially could find the sweet spot to use the quick-release feature. If you intend to use this mount on anything more powerful than a .22 forget the use of the quick-release feature. However, this is still an OKAY low-cost mount without the cool quick-release feature. I read in the reviews that someone replaced the soft rail screws with some from a local hardware store, and they were able to get a much tighter torque from the mount to the rail of their rifle. I have not tried this yet but not a bad bit of information to hold on to. Overall, man, I love a good product at a low budget cost (hints the scope, which I am very happy with) this mount just does not quite qualify as what I would consider a good purchase. It caused me more headaches than it was worth. That being said, I am still using it until I have one more issue. I am a budget man through and through, so if you don't want to take the risk of a headache as I did, you'll have to spend more money. I will write or update this review if anything changes, but right now, with proper torque settings, the mount meets but does not exceed my shooting needs or expectations. Just remember this is a low-cost mount, and that usually leads to some things that will need to be worked out for you based on your needs. Do not expect a super high-quality mount for this price.

Works even on a Left Hand AR...high quality for the price point
I bought this for a left hander AR build. Once I mounted it, I was concerned that maybe the levers would affect the ejection (the ejection port cover on a LH AR is on top not the bottom). After test fires then sighting in the scope (Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32) there were no failures to eject. A further examination of all used brass did not show a single dent, ding, or any other evidence of the ejection cover being in the way, indicating my fears were unfounded. For my shooting style, the height was perfect. I read reviews beforehand and my experience matched the reviews. I will be looking to purchase this item again in the future. High quality for an affordable price.
