This is a lively, well illustrated course for young school and college students of Spanish. It covers all the topics and concerns of young people with comments by Spanish youngsters. This is O.K. for older students up to a point, but it would help to include topics of greater interest to more mature, even elderly students, although this would really require a different book!

Does not com with CD so all the listening exercises cannot be done.

Good textbook
I had to buy this for a Spanish evening class (adult learner working towards GCSE) and find it pretty good. There are some slightly odd questions and answers but the notes at the end and the explanations they give are helping me to grasp the verbs and tenses. Also the text is more applicable to school students but it still works.
