The Best Dog Walking Boots.
Fabulous boots, bought at a bargain price on one of the prime deals. I wear these for dog walking, through wet and muddy fields, and they are amazing. Light, comfortable and waterproof, even walking through long wet grass. I did size up half a size, to wear with thick walking socks and they are perfect. Best walking boots ever.

Comfy for a long walk right out of the box
Very comfortable and great foot-sole protection on stony ground. I bought a full size up from my street foot size, and this is perfect with thicker socks.

very good all round boot
Super comfy from first wear. I stuck to my normal size 5. I have quite wide feet, but plenty of room with fairly thick socks. Been using them at least 3 times a week for about 3 mile walks each time. Most I've walked in them is about 8-10 miles on Dartmoor. No issues with light/ showery rain, bit of mud and a few puddles. My gut feeling is that they may not stand up to very heavy rain or deeper water, but I am not convinced that any boot does this and I have had a few over the years! Seem to be a very good all round boot for all seasons and standard walking/trekking. Nice looking too. Light weight and not 'clompy' to look at.

Good one
I bought these boots for my wife. She says they are high quality and worth the price. She’s happy with them.

perfect fit in half size, lightweight and waterproof
A little higher budget at £100 than I had planned for but worth every penny. Half size (5 1/2) has given me a beautiful fit. The combination of the laces up around front of ankle with the slight cut out at the back of ankle, have given me good support, without any discomfort or rub at the back of my ankles. Waterproof so far - puddles, plenty of wet muddy paths. Easier to clean than I expected one worry was pale grey and nubuck finish, but (as commented on another review) I sprayed with heavy duty protector when I got them and since all I do is let them dry and brush lightly with a suede brush.

Great boots
Comfy straight out the box. Been out for hours in the pouring rain & feet still dry. Wide toebox & great grip . Def recommend

Overrated boots, gave me massive blisters
I was on the lookout for a new pair of walking boots after my trusted and well worn Trespass ones started to fall apart. I came across Berghaus brand and by reading the fab reviews I decided to order a pair, I wish I didn’t. First time I wore the boots for less than an hour both of my hills ended up raw and bright red, skin rubbed away even though I was wearing anti-blister socks. After this I wasn’t able to put on sock or shoes for days!! I thought I give it a try the second time 3 weeks later, and yet again my hills were destroyed . I gave up on these horrible boots I will not use them ever again and I’d not recommend them at all. I’m going to contact Amazon and try to return them as there’s something very wrong with the boots
