HIWARE 10 Inch Non-stick Springform Pan with Removable Bottom/Leakproof Cheesecake Pan

I used this pan to make my raspberry lemonade basque cheese cake. Works great. Of course I take butter and rub along the edges and bottom of the pan. Anyways great pan. Didn’t have any issues. Would buy again. It virtually is non stick. After I cut the cheese cake into 10 pieces just using hot water removed most of everything that was left. Slight swipe with a soapy sponge and hot water, boom, finished. Always hand wash this. I’ve made the mistake of the dishwasher in the past and it ruins baking tins. Everything cooked evenly.

These are excellent. Cakes release easily and are easy to remove. The bases fit snuggly so there’s no leakage, and they are proving to be durable given the number of times I’ve used them now. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Honestly, these things have a decent non-stick coating from what I've seen. There were some reviews on basically every springform pan that I looked at from every brand saying they leaked, so I filled mine with water and let them sit in the sink. After about ten minutes, the water had gone down a bit, but they were still mostly full. When baking very runny cheesecake filling a small amount dripped out, so I'd recommend putting a baking sheet under this when you use it (it held water pretty well, so I thought I was safe with something thicker, but the increased heat got me). Takes a bit of getting used to them to get the bottom seated correctly when reassembling, which I'm guessing contributed to the leaking reviews, but if you try putting them together a few times before actually baking in them, you shouldn't have any issues. The only reason I'm not giving these five stars is that I ordered them new, so I was a bit surprised when there was a smell of burnt oil when I opened the package. Figured that might just be some coating they were shipped with, and I planned to wash before use anyway, so I finished opening them and started checking them out, only to discover that my largest pan came with cheesecake residue from whomever bought and returned them before they were shipped to me as new. Even though it came used and dirty, I had already planned to wash it, so it was mostly just annoying to receive a used product, but having the residue included did show me that they're very easy to wash, even if something has been sitting in it for a while, and the included pre-cut parchment paper fits them pretty well.

No leaks as others have said but then again I didn't have a lot of gravy in the bottom of my Scottish pies. They served the purpose and worked well.

This pan is very thick and well-made. It is true to size (9"). The clasp/ring that holds it together is very tight. The cheesecake was very easy to remove from the pan; it came free as soon as we unlatched the ring. The sides and edges of the crust were clean and straight.

Needed a springform pan to make a cookie cake and I ended up opting for this set. So glad I did. They are easy to use, clean up nicely and are he perfect size!

Excellent 9” non stick springform pan. I don’t make cheesecake, but I make cinnamon rolls. And these work very well. The heat, whether it is at 350 or 400, disburses well in the bottom and side, and it holds about nine sourdough buns. Yum. Just flip the clamp open and it lifts right off the base. So easy. Lightweight and the color is exactly what I like. It matches my other pans. Very pleased and highly recommend!

This is a perfect fit in my 4-quart slow cooker. About a dozen cheesecakes later, still no signs of leaking. I do lightly grease it before using; however, the one time I forgot it wasn't an issue at all. Absolutely nothing stuck.
