Resistance Bands Set (Resistance Bands)

Very good product - easy and intuitive to set up and use. I have a hard time believing anyone complained about the quality - even the carry bag is sturdy and convenient. So far, I've just been developing a routine for upper body (mostly arms, shoulders and core.) I have found that I use the 50 lb. band exclusively. If I need more resistance, I simply move a little farther away from the anchor. If I need it to be less, I move closer. Very good product at a nice price.

I am an avid gym patron, but the COVID-19 pandemic has closed all gyms. To supplement my training, I purchased this product. To date, I have been very happy with this product’s quality and functionality. I feel like my fitness regime is still at a very high level with the combination of body weight exercises and these fitness bands. I highly recommend this product for those of you that enjoy home exercise or to supplement your regular fitness protocol.

Bands took a while to come in, probably due to the Rona. Now that I have them, they seem well made and the parts are as expected. These will hold me over until gyms are able to reopen.

These resistance bands are amazing! Top quality material, shipped quickly, and VERY easy to use! I especially enjoy the door mount. I did not know this, but the kit even came with ankle straps for leg workouts. Because of their versatility, these bands provide a total body workout. I had high hopes for these after doing a bunch of comparisons. While the rubber tubing seems durable so far, the included handles stitching broke after about a week. You might look into buying different handles for durability and size unless of course, you have child like hands.

Although I just received my order and haven’t put it all to the test, I will say at this point these tube bands look well made and sturdy. The handles and hardware look very substantial also. I hope to be putting the bands to the test in the coming days. Can’t believe there’s a guarantee too! And in a time when supplies were very limited, these bands seem like a dream come true....

Most of the bands have worked well after a couple months of use. However, the 30lb one broke (see pictures). I attempted to contact the seller via both Amazon and the e-mail address they list. Never heard back from either, despite the "100% guarantee." There are a ton of sellers that have this product - I'd buy from one of them, not this seller. Update: The 20lb one broke as well. Don't buy these if you plan to use them more than a couple times a month. The seller doesn't respond. There is no guarantee. Amazon doesn't stand behind it at all. Avoid.

The set is very versatile, it can be used in a total body workout. Great for use during this time of social distancing but will be used in the future as well. Compact and can be used for traveling. The bands come in resistance weight comparable to 10-50 lbs that can be stacked together or used individually.

There were a few aspects of the tool that made the product "unusable". The rubber did not have a consistent stretching attribute, it's hard to explain but when performing exercise movement I would feel that the resistance amount would shift immediately from 20% to 100% after a certain point. The lengths of the bands were not consistent, some were longer than others. The advertised "Reinforced Link" attribute of the package is not correct - the bands snap easily when you reach the above mentioned > 20%+ resistance capacity. Overall, a bad product. One positive aspect: a quick and easy return.

Handle is the worst. It cannot handle the band weights as mentioned. Even with a 'warranty' provided, the seller isn't going to respond to you or get you a replacement product in case something breaks. There are better products out there for a few dollars more, best to go with it and look at using things for the long term.

The stitching all over the product is done so cheap and the quality is poor. The door locking knob's stitch started separating from day one and completely worn out in 3rd day of workout and the band gave me a big slap on my back. I would not recommend this poor quality product unless someone wants to get hit.
