## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this compatible with the Pawz Away collars?**
A: Per Petsafe they operate at 18 khz radio frequencies. So if your Pawz away is 18 khz than it will work. They state all Petsafes are compatible.

**Q: why doesn't this work?**
A: If both lights are out, there is no power to the unit. If you are sure that you have power to the unit, it may be defective & needs replacement.
If the "Loop" light is out, there is a break in the under-ground boundary wire. This is more difficult top find, but if you walk-it, you might find where an animal has dug it up.

Hop this helps..

**Q: will this work with my RFA-561 collaes?**
A: Hello Charles,
No, The RFA-561 is a wireless collar and this transmitter is for a hard wire system. Please give us a call at 1-877-609-3377 and we will be happy to answer any of your question and help with all your options.
Thank You Charles, Bill, Monell Pets an Authorized Petsafe Retailer

**Q: is this a replacement for model number 300-1310? It is a wired system. Thanks!**
A: It is a wired system. I don’t know if it is a replacement for model # 300-1310.
