So cool! Love you can just freeze the whole thing without having ice packs take up space, and gets EVERYTHING cold, not just parts of things. ONLY draw back, is yes, it is kinda heavy. But my 1st grader doesnt seem to mind. Great value for price, good size, versatile, and sturdy

I was desperate to find something reasonable, durable, and would do the job right to transport my breast milk once I went back to work so my baby would have the milk he needed while in his caregivers care or his dads care. Someone had mention something similar to this to me and I found it here and was skeptical at first as anyone is buying something new but it is so perfect! Instead of buying or using ice packs and storing them separately trying to find room for them or making sure I have enough ice packs, the bag IS the ice pack!! It’s genius! So after all is done I just stick back in the freezer and it will be ready for the next day! I also use it when I pump at work and need to transport my milk home. It keeps cold things cold and keeps my frozen milk STILL frozen which is perfect in case we don’t use it. Also super easy to clean just need to wipe it down or you can give it a good scrub in the sink. Some people reviewed that it’s heavy but I assume they mean for their kid that’s probably using it as a lunch box. It might be too heavy for a little kid to carry to school but it is perfect for an adult using it! AND the one someone had told me about was twice as much so this is a good deal for something so useful!!

I bought this to go on an all day trip, to keep my sandwich and apple cold. I froze the entire bag overnight, packed it early the next morning, and everything was still chilled at noon. It was still chilled when I arrived home again late afternoon. It folds pretty flat when empty, which is a plus. Very nice, small lunch bag, and no separate packs of Bjue Ice to freeze, and then leak blue goo all over everything. I don't know how well it will stand up to use, but I think for casual use, it'll be perfect. It seems sturdy and well made, and if I was still taking my lunch to work, I wouldn't be afraid to use it daily.

I purchased this freezable lunchbox because I needed something to keep my daughter’s food cold. She has Autism and only eats four different foods. Two of them being yogurt and ziti pasta. She is in middle school and I have to pack her lunch everyday. It’s a convenient square size with one zip around closure. The handle is nice and solid with a snap closure but it’s secure. I think it’s really for looks. It has a small zipper pocket on the front for utensils or something small. I was concerned about the size but with some maneuvering I’ve figured out how to arrange four yogurt cups, a thermos of pasta, a baggie containing two soft tortillas and a baggie containing chips perfectly. I pack her lunch at 6am and she gets home around 4:15pm. I unpack first thing because she usually has something left over. The lunchbox is still chilled and frozen in places. Always on the top in the middle. If she brings home yogurt it is still chilled throughout and I feel comfortable keeping it. I can also keep her pasta that was in her thermos. Before, I was throwing away a lot of food and it was such a waste of money. I would ask her teachers or aides if the yogurt could be stored until the next day if not eaten but it always seemed to make its way home in her lunchbox. Therefore, this lunchbox has well paid for itself. After I unpack it each evening I put it in the freezer until the morning. I make sure to zip and collapse it but I’m not sure that would make a difference. We’ve been using this for seven months now and it still functions as it did when it was new. It has not shown any signs of wear and still looks brand new. No fraying or fading. The pattern that I purchased is really cute. I read other reviews before purchasing and one particular one stuck with me. The mom said she was able to keep the food that her kids brought home from school. I was so hoping the same would work for me and it did. Not only does she take this to school but we also use this in our everyday lives. Being a special needs family, everything has to be packed for your child when you leave your house no matter their age. Or at least that’s how it works in our family and our daughter is twelve. Anytime we go anywhere, out to eat, a trip, visiting, to the doctors, etc, we have to take food with us. Before we bought this lunchbox we either had to worry about it going bad after an hour or so, we had to take a cooler or we had to look for a grocery store that sold the exact brands that she ate. I highly recommend this lunchbox. In our house it is a lifesaver. I will continue to use it next year for school. When the sad day comes and it finally gives out I will purchase another one without hesitation. I would give it more stars if I could.

This is a great lunchbox as it keeps food cold for an entire day. It completely surrounds the bento box that we insert inside of it (purchased separately). The one drawback is that it doesn’t last the whole school year because the zipper breaks. Despite this, we continue to replace the product because it is so effective at keeping the food cold, more so than any other lunchbox we have used.

Bought 2 of these, the purple animal print and the daisy print for my granddaughters. They will love the prints. I plan on giving them to the girls just before the start of school. I got bentgo boxes to put in each of these. The bentgos fit nicely, not so snug that my granddaughters will have trouble getting them out, or if they keep the bentgo in their insulated lunch box they will still be able to easily open the bentgo. A huge plus, in my opinion is that they have freeze packs built into them. The zippers work well. He material is water resistant. The inside is lined. They have a good amount of structure to them so food shouldn't easily get crushed even without the bentgo inside. They are big enough for a decent amount of food. They will fit nicely in their backpacks and still leave plenty of room for their school supplies and schoolwork (I tried that out to be sure). Very happy with these purchases.

Great little lunchbox, I love the size is slightly bigger than say a budget kids lunchbox for school. You can comfortably fit all your lunch items inside and have room for extras no sweat. Love that you dont have to worry about ice packs near as much as other bags too, if you forget to pack one, theres no issue since the bag itself freezes plus stays nice and cold! My husband uses it for work and takes a shuttle into his job after parking on the campus, the whole trip actually into the building he works can take a little while and even traditional lunch bags and ice packs would struggle before he gets to put it away in the employee fridge. Now this product takes away some of the worry of food spoilage simply from being in transit. I didnt think I would be as impressed as I am with this little wonder. Best part is, cleans up in a breeze if something happens to spill or shed crumbs inside. Simply turn the whole thing inside out and wipe with a dampened paper towel.

First of all I love all PackIt products. I have many different ones. My kids both had pack it lunch bags last year for their lunch pails. This year I wanted to get one that zipped shut. Last year they had Velcro ones and after like half the year they were not velcroing. That's still pretty good considering using them 5 days a week for six months. I love this bag though! It's the perfect size and zips all the way shut. Plus it has a handy handle for carrying it. The handle has a clip, so you could clip it on your back pack as well. There is a mesh side pocket for utensils or a small drink. I might use this for a napkin or a baggie of wipes for my kids to wash their hands and their faces after lunch. Then there is a front pocket which I will put my kids names in and their contact info. The best thing about this lunch bag is that you put it in the freezer and freeze it and your food stays cold all day. The front and back of the bag both freeze and keep everything cold. It says in the description that it keeps your food cold for 10 hours. So I decided to try it. I froze it all night long and took it out at 10am. I set it on our counter with a sandwich and apple in it. I kept feeling it too see when the bag unthawed. Our house is kept between 68 and 70 degrees. The bag finally started to warm up at 7pm. So 9 hours!! So I feel great about my kids leaving at 7am for school and having lunch at noon! Their food will be cold! I worry constantly about the mayo. Advice- I would also buy an extra ice pack from the store and throw it in the freezer in case you forget to put your kids lunch bag back in the freezer at night. We absolutely love this lunch pail, it works great for our child for school, it keeps the lunch cold for the whole school day and it is easy to wipe clean on the inside. It fits almost all lunch containers as well

This is a great product where you can put it in the freezer overnight and then put your lunch in it the next day. It is large enough to fit a Sistema Rectangular Microwave Bowl so it is very practical and no longer needing freezer blocks means it is a very tidy design.
