Great looking rock, lighter than expected, so
Great looking rock! We used it to cover a waterfall spillway. The color is slightly different from the other rocks around it, but it still looks great. It is pretty light, and if you don't stake it or apply weight to it, I can see it blowing away. We used flagstone and other rocks placed around the faux rock to secure it. It doesn't quite completely cover my spillway (Atlantic Water Gardens FilterFall Fountain Bulkhead, 1-1/2 to 20.5-Inch), but once I added some real flagstone, it looks great.

Attractive and durable
We are very pleased. The color and texture matches our natural rocks. This hides the cover to our pond skimmer. Seems strong and durable, but not too heavy.

Awesome piece! Had someone ask if the could help ...
Awesome piece! Had someone ask if the could help carry it to my truck. Said no, and picked it up with one hand and through it in the back seat of my car! Looks authentic! (AND HEAVY!) only weighs a few pounds though.

Decent looking product but terrible value!
On a positive note the rock looks good that covers my septic lid. However, on the other hand there's no way this plastic rock is worth the $98 that I paid for it. I am very familiar with the thermoforming process that is used to manufacture these types of artificial rocks. In my humble opinion I would say that this product is really valued somewhere between $30 and $40. It probably cost less than four or five dollars to make. In addition, the rock barely fits over my septic lid and I do have a standard septic lid. In actuality to be more effective about an inch or two larger all away around would make more sense. Right now I'm actually covering the gap with mulch so it can go unseen. Like I said the rock looks pretty good but it is very cheaply made and only weighs less than 5 pounds, again no where near worth what I paid for it.

Great solution to ugly septic covers
Great cover for ugly green septic domes! I added real rock around it and dotted a few smaller ones on top and it blends in well. Will be easy to move for septic access.
