Nice little trays. We put our seeds in little paper cups and put inside these trays. Easy to control humidity with little valves. Great idea

Initially I was looking for a 10x20.75 dome to fit my mat, but as most of those hover around $7-12 a part (Dome and tray sold separately) this set seemed like a better value even though it is smaller. The size is much more useful than i was expecting, however. As you can see in the pics it fits the small starter cell packs perfectly and each dome can hold quite a few plants. The plastic on the trays is thick and sturdy, but i will admit the dome is a little thinner than some. As long as care is taken when lifting it off I think they will last a long time even with that said. I use these for propagating adeniums from seeds and fittonias from cuttings. These domes are exactly what I need for that, and at a much lower price point than a lot of domes.

Like the durability of the plant box. Cover comes with venting which is a nice feature.

I've been seed starting for years and have been using flimsy taped up trays and domes for a couple of years. After seeing these on Amazon, I decided it was time for me to get a much better quality product. The trays are very strong as is the dome. Plus having a 5 inch dome will work much better as I have had to jerry rig my old short domes to accommodate seedling height. No more! They fit 2 across on my grow light plant stand from Gardners. My only wish is that I could have order 4 instead of 3.

Honestly these greenhouses are so good! The bottoms are nice and thick and sturdy and the lids pop on very easily. The top pieces make it easy to control humidity to your liking. The only thing I can say might be slightly negative is the lids might pop off if you’re moving them too much. But you’d have to really shift them around to make that happen.

The top allows condensation to drip out onto the surface below (heat mat got puddles). The size is kinda hybrid (10 x13 ish), so takes up too much of my 10 x 20 mats. The plastic is sturdy enough for me (home use) but if I were were a bigger operation they'd be done in two seasons. Overall they'll work for me at least this year. Will not purchase again.
