6 or 7 lbs but the Ortega is better tasting to me (a bit pricer though). I tried this because of the emphasis on Jalepeno....however I quickly reverted to the Ortega

Can it be frozen if not used entirely?

I have frozen several different types of canned cheese, including this particular brand, in one quart plastic tubs with lids for up to 3 months at a time with no issues. The quality was just fine when thawed. Maybe others have had issues but I haven't.

Does this have chunks of Jalapeños in it?
