Arrived so quickly it was untrue! Ordered on Saturday and got to us by Tuesday. It is worth the money, as it is a sturdy hardworking looking piece of kit. It comes with all f the extras as per the advert, all nicely wrapped up. I have been looking for something like this for 10 years as my ceilings are not only high, but some are impossible to get to as they cross stairs etc. I can say goodbye to cobwebs, clean my Velux windows and get into places that were previously out of bounds. I have bought cheaper extension cleaning products from shops, but they are poor quality and the reach is not good enough. They are usually flimsy and not good at the job they are supposed to do. This is a strong steel pole with attachments. I cannot fault the product, the speed it was dispatched and the way it does its work. I am glad I got round to ordering it, despite my initial fears about the cost. It is certainly worth the money and you definitely get what you pay for. Anyone who lives in a home that is difficult to clean will benefit from this product, or like me, if you are sick of over priced unreliable window cleaners, you will get much reward from this product, with its two window cleaning implements. Its a brilliant product, which despite its cost, will over time actually save me a small fortune in the cheaper priced and poor quality cleaning tools that there are out there on the market. I am sure we have all bought a few of these products from some well known shop or other, only to need replacing them again a few months later. With this product you can keep adding to the collection. The pole is not going to break. It also is extremely easy to store. A super product, genuine manufaturer and seller and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Buy with confidence.

I purchased this to clean sofits/fascias at the top of my house, the extending pole was more than long enough and I assumed the attachments would be good enough (in fact I also ordered an additional soft brush head). My fear was realised when I started using it (and someone else commented the same on their review). The item is well made, sturdy and is of good quality. The problem is that when you are trying to clean something 12 foot up, the pole is difficult to manage (because it's sturdily built, not heavy but not lightweight either) and of course, you cannot apply any downward pressure to the head itself. You just end up sweeping the head over what you want cleaning when ideally, you need that hand pressure to really clean any dirt/grime off! Of course, you purchase the pole/cleaning kit because you either don't feel comfortable up a 12 foot ladder or the area is hard to reach. So in fairness, I guess that isn't the fault of the pole, it's common sense regardless of what pole/attachments you have, when working at that sort of height. I'll definitely make use the pole and attachments when cleaning the conservatory but it just goes to show that there really is no replacement for doing it yourself and getting up a ladder!

The product arrived in good time, well packed and undamaged. The pole extends very well and is sturdy, but the cost of a sturdy product is that it can feel quite heavy and unwieldly. As someone who will not go up ladders at my age, a heavy and unwieldly pole is well worth it and the only alternative. It just takes a little getting used to at first. The pole can be extended and locked at various positions and so is adjustable to various heights. It takes a certain strength to handle the pole when fully extended, but getting so high up with a pole of this quality means that the weight is evitable. My CCTV cameras are close to the guttering, so very high up, so cleaning them would not be possible without this tool or paying someone else. The various tools are great and allow for cleaning upstairs windows as well as cameras and glass roofs.

It’s worth spending that bit more for a really solid reliable product like this. It came well packaged and is extremely easy to extend the pole and attach the different cleaning heads. It has great height and does the job perfectly. It has weight but not too heavy to clean the ceiling. A great buy.

Great tool enabling us to clean previously impossible to reach high up velux window. Clever design, feels sturdy, easy to use, great range of attachments. Very pleased so far!

Great concept and really sturdy at low height. Once stretched out to full height or near it can be very hard to control and the squeegee was leaving smears. Allows me to reach upstairs windows without any hassle but can’t get the purchase to squeegee the windows effectively at height.

Cobwebs in my high ceilings all cleared ! Just been outside to clean the 1st and 2nd floor windows, bit wobbly (but enough of me). What I like about this is that someone has thought it through. It’s strong and stable enough to reach high up, I have the up to 7m but it is easy to handle – just watch out for what’s behind you when lowering. The chenille attachments (inside and window) are really effective and have to admit to being shamed face about the colour of both after first use. It is now my favourite “toy” to be used every week.

I only received this product a few days ago, so I have not yet had many opportunities to test the pole and the all of the attachments. I had my home alarms and security cameras serviced last week and each time they come I ask them to brush away the cobwebs from the cameras as some of the cameras are high up on the fascias. They did the clean with their telescopic pole, however, as it is is getting into winter the spiders seem to like putting webs in front of some of the cameras. After the clean was done it was only two days before they had rebuilt the webs. That and tree maintenance is why I ordered this 7m pole. I have just one small reservation and that is how easy will it be to apply pressure to the saw attachment that I ordered at the same time, when it is 20+ feet from where I am holding it. I will find out when the rain has stopped and update this review
