Just as you expect - it simply works. It's hard to mess up on a staple cable attachment like the the classic tricep rope. I use this for my home gym and it is basically indistinguishable from the ones you would find in a commercial gym setting because it really is commercial quality. The best part is Yes4All offers them for the lowest price around - I would know since I purchased ones previously in the past from various competitors for nearly double the price.. I actually use this mainly for cable ab crunches since I prefer to use 2x single rope attachments for my tricep work but again this is such a versatile attachment that you can use how it you want.
