I pleasantly surprised by the versatility of this product. The base paint that came with it is of excellent quality and serves as a great starting point for various art projects. We had a great family art night with my kids. The package conveniently contains 20 art boards, giving me plenty of room for experimentation. In addition to the art boards, I also used the product to make some cards. Its creative potential is truly remarkable, allowing us to explore various artistic avenues. We thoroughly enjoyed the process and found it to be incredibly enjoyable as a family activity. After each use, I take the time to clean the plastic splash guard, no problem so far.

My 5 year old granddaughter loved it

I love this paint spinner! My daughter's have both received one over the years. It makes great projects that they are proud of. It is rather easy to use, however the splatter guard is made of thin plastic and not durable. This was purchased twice because it's was worth it, but the first did not last because of the splatter guard. The splatter guard should be included with the refill kit because it is not durable and needs to be replaced.

I purchased 2 of these for my grand daughters for Christmas 2023. We forgot about them and opened them just before Christmas 2024. The girls had so much fun. We made art and put them in picture frames to give to their parents, aunts and uncles for Christmas. The gifts were received and absolutely loved ! The product was easy to assemble and very fun to use !

I had one of these when I was a child and knew he would love it too. It was great! He made about ten pictures in the first sitting. The paints are a little thin so the colors aren’t as bright, but I have tons of tempura paints and they work great. Simple to use, by just putting the paper on the machine and turning it on. The adults even enjoyed making pictures with it. I would buy it again.

While my daughter enjoyed using this, the product is cheaply made. The flimsy plastic frame and guard won't hold up for many more uses. Apparently the batteries won't be either due to the extremely sensitive on/off button on the side of the machine that turns on every time I try to put it away. Don't waste your money on this one.

I bought this to have for craft time at Grandma’s, and it works great! My 5 year old granddaughter can squirt the paints very easily with no mess. My 2 year old granddaughter needed a lot of supervision. The splatter Shield does a great job at keeping the mess contained. We’ve only used it a few times but so far so good. For the price, it will get pitched when it doesn’t work anymore, but it’s a fun craft that’s pretty easy to do.

Got the idea to buy this at my husbands company picnic. Good for kids of any age. Colors were awesome. Durable. Not messy if assembled correctly and carefully. Worth the money. My kids love this Spin Art!

Cost to much for what your getting could be made better. But you can't get one anywhere else so if you want it, get it.

Bought this for a summer holiday activity for my 4 year old grandson (though box says 6+). I had wanted to buy another brand that I had previously called Cra-z-art but it was not available so I bought this one as an alternative. It's easy to set up and use, but the splatter guard is very flimsy and I advise putting the whole paint machine in a very large box, to catch the inevitable mess AND putting newspapers on the floor. I also bought more paints as from previous experience I know the paint supplied doesn't last very long. Also provide yourself with aprons for everyone involved, kitchen paper, baby wipes etc etc. If you buy a pack of cheap paper plates and put each finished spin art painting on a plate then you can pick them up easily. Kids tend to use tons of paint which takes ages to dry! The spinner has notches to fit the cards into. You ONLY get FOUR round cards, and the two different sized square cards seem more awkward to fit on the spinner, especially when it gets wet with paint. Several times during the session we had to stop to clean the paint off the spinner. You get a total of 20 cards. I don't think you can buy refill packs, so I was making my own, but that can be tricky too - getting the right size - and the card you use needs to be about the same thickness as the ones supplied. Set comes with four crayons. These snapped as soon as he put pressure on them. They are white and you are supposed to draw on the card with them, and then the paint is not supposed to stay on those parts, creating a different effect. I tried to do this myself, but it didn't seem to work. You will also need 1 D battery not supplied, and a philips head screwdriver. After use, clean everything asap and remove batteries. The paintings done were effective, and pleased my four year old grandson but this set was not as good as the Cra-z-art one I had before.
