Belovéd 3956 (Yaoi) - Kindle edition by Abraham, Yamila, Kosen, Studio. Romance Kindle eBooks @ desertcart.com. Review: For the love of one. - War is again declared against a primitive world's inhabitants, nothing personal just a demigod doing his job. He was created to help the human race survive themselves, but each of the seven empires has one special person created to be their avatars. If the avatar wins the demigod must serve that ruler until his next time to slumber, if the demigod wins every able bodied citizen must mine the crystal he lives on til his next time to rest. This germaphobic demigod has been doing his job for a long time, the only thing that makes it bearable is his love of one of the avatars, his beloved. One of the other Empires he captured his beloved and brain washed him, this is a sweet tale of what love can do. Review: Not bad, but not what i was expecting either... - Looking at the image i was expecting a manga, but instead i got a story... The story was interesting, but was very short. This was free for kindle, and so i tried it on my computer(a Chromebook). This was my first time reading this genre, and so i can't compare it fully to anything i have read before. i felt after i finished it could have been longer(but i didn't have an option to pay for it as there is only a free kindle version showing for me at this time so i can't rightfully complain about how short it is). Some parts seemed sweet, but it was a little hard for me to wrap my head around the story setting and Malachi. Maybe since it's yaoi i wasn't supposed to be analyzing it so much? My brain can't help it though. It was engaging, so it wasn't a drag to get to the end. Like any book, once i started reading i had to finish. i don't know how i found this, or why i ended up reading it. Since i did i wanted to review it from my honest standpoint thpough.

Original and Engaging
Some parts of this story were a bit hard to follow, due to the narrative jumping over some seemingly important events and details, but it's a truly original story that's quite engaging.

This was beautiful, I just adore it with the fact that I read it alot because it's off line and the cover art is beautiful

Good outline of a story
This is supposed to be a 73 page story. It's a 23 page indepth outline and the rest is links to other works. NOT amused.

Not a YAOI graphic novel, immature writing style for subject matter
From the cover picture and description as a yaoi, I was expecting an Americanized version of the Japanese comics. There are no illustrations. The story is written at approximately a 7th or 8th grade reading level. It would benefit from the efforts of a skilled and honest editor. The storytelling jumps from scene to scene, completely lacking any smooth flow. A lot of it just doesn't quite make sense, as though someone were telling you about a dream they had . There is a lot of emotional description and dialogue that would seem appropriate coming from a dramatic and hormonal teenager with little experience of the real world. I found this book to be kind of like a Harlequin romance novel aimed at 12 to 16 year olds who have led protected lives but like the thrill of an edge of sanitized sex, danger, or violence. I would not be surprised if you told me that a 13 or 14 year old had read some Nancy Drew books and thought, "These are too old old-fashioned. I could write something more modern and put some sex and violence in there so it's not so hokey. I'll be really contemporary & daring and make it yaoi" I don't dislike it because it seems aimed toward young people, though I am not sure it is appropriate for that age group. It's just that this seems to be written by a very young or very unskilled person, trying to sound older or like someone else, and who didn't think they needed an editor to look at their work. Either way, young people deserve good writing, too.

Amazing.
Super cute story. Love the plot, characters, sexy scenes. Everything. Not a short or a long read. Definitely one of my favorites.

I liked the book a lot but the length is not very long
I had read in a couple of reviews that this book was too short for the price and I agree. Don't get me wrong, the story is good and I love the reincarnations of Jace and how they struggle each time they meet their destined one. This time Jace's story has a twist as he was kidnapped years before. I won't go any further in the story, for the story is short and if I tell anymore I would be giving you the story. I think an easier way to sell this series would to put it in a bundle of three and then sell the series for $2.99. Just my opinion though. Anyway, the plot is thick and has what I call the 'yaoi moments'. I read a lot of manga so gay romance is yaoi romance. Also, I hope there is another one to this series. I was planning to purchase the first book, but I will wait till the price goes down.

interesting story in a unique world. brought the next two in the series. would have enjoyed it being longer but as a stand alone story ot worked well and thats why i brought the next parts. have subscribed to author would have liked less adverting within the book. i felt it could be condensed down to a couple of pages rather than to advertise every single book. it makes the length of the story misleading which is why i gave it 4 stars but a very good little read.

I got this from the graphic novel section of Amazon and it isn't even a graphic novel. Not really my kind of thing tbh

A total waste of time and money.
