The brass end is grippy and well weighted, giving the knife a premium feel. The blades are very sharp, and changing them is very smooth. The locking mechanism is excellent. No blade shift. I have been using these knives for several years, making micro-micro cuts in paper, and I have never found anything more suitable. I use these for my model kits and each blade last ages as long as you don't purposefully use too much force. Sharp, very sharp... I learnt a lesson... Comes with a case that allows you to dispose of used blades, but is a pain to open the other side...
