Will this work on a 5 x 112 bolt pattern with a m14 bolt size? car specific would be a 2004 audi s4

Had to slightly modify to fit my 2011 Jetta hub by enlarging the lug bolt holes. Not a huge undertaking but you’d probably have to do the same.
