We have 2007 rx400h and it did fit perfectly. elt.

Will this fit 2003 Lexus ES300

I have a 2004 ES330, so same key. If you're getting the case without the blade, you will have to file down the fat part of the blade on top for it to fit in the plastic casing for the top of the key. If you do it correctly, you will have a working keyfob again.

why do you have to replace the key blade (cant you use the existing key blade)?

Yes, you can use your old key blade. Just be sure to transfer your electronic package to the new shell as well. I did this and the key worked perfectly for me. You might consider replacing the battery at this time too.

I need only screws cxan I get it?

That’s all, a very small screwdriver for the replacement.
