Very nice product finishing and metal quality is very good . Lumbar belt and cervical belt are bad in quality

Got cheated by getting the equipment which was not in working condition.
The equipment was not working. IC issue. Is this the way you cheat the customers?? Worst company. Very upset aboout the equipments. No replacement option, and refund was also only after 13 days after pick up. We lost our 14265 rupees
