I really enjoyed painting with this kit. It was challenging and fun. I loved the final product. The paints were good quality. The numbers were clear and the map was included . Great kit!

At first I thought I made a mistake. I even returned the first set. Then this set came labeled, as you can see in the first photo. The second photo shows you the colours in the new set . The third is a photo of the paints that came with my paint by numbers kit. Both my original kit and the new paints are labeled " Colourful House Near The Lake." So, here goes: I love this brand. I've been using them for years. Their stretched canvases are high quality. The paints usually smooth and consistent. The only constant complaint I've had has been with the cheap paint brushes, but I simply use my own. However, when you are going to offer a replacement, it needs to be a viable replacement. If you're going to change the colours, then offer both in the replacements. I'm stuck trying to mix my own to finish this painting. Not helpful.

This was a super fun project and came with everything so I could jump right in. Sadly, my dog passed away shortly after I started so I packed it up and forgot about it. Then just a little while ago, I pulled it out and wanted to get back to it only to discover my paints had dried up. So I went to go order a replacement set on their website, but my painting had been discontinued. I called and left a message, they called me back the next day and said that yes, that my original painting was discontinued but they'd send me a new one free of charge! That is very thoughtful and certainly not the norm these days. While it's tough letting go of the previous painting, it's really wonderful of them to send me a new painting free of charge. It seems like everyone else nickles and dimes their customers these days so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you ledgebay for being so great! Highly recommended.

I bought this to give me something to do while I recovered from hernia surgery. I don't remember the last time I did anything associated with paint by number or any painting kit (novice). This is not something to do in a rush as there are some sections that are very small (.5 mm x 5 mm). The kit came with 4 brushes and I have not had any issues with flopping a lot of paint over the lines because of the brush (but I'm not perfect). Sometimes, the paint does get thick but just as mentioned in the instructions, I just add a drop or two of water and mix with a toothpick. Problem solved. There is a lot of painting to this kit. My guess is close to 40 - 50 hours of painting but I started in the areas that have large areas of the same color. I'm pretty sure it will be closer to 70 -80 hours but again, I'm a novice at this. I'm glad I got it. It has kept me busy during the recovery. I don't paint when I have pain from the surgery though as I've usually taken medication and a little drowsy. At this time, I will more than likely get another kit from the same vendor (Ledgebay). The kit is not very expensive and seems complete. My only fear is that I will need additional paint (extra full paint set for $10). I plan on updating after I finish.

I have done many paint by numbers and this is by far the worst. Paint all dried up and started thick and hard to mange. I usually do this in the winter to kill time so I have been away from my project over the holidays…..bad to worse. Paint no longer can be used. Stored approximately as every other paint by numbers. Now I have waisted time and energy and have to throw it away! Maddening as it was a gift. Also the paper never flattened initial and too got worse over time.

I was so excited to start this paint by number but my paint colors are either wrong or mislabeled. I have one pot that is not labeled, one that is labeled 4 with another # underneath, no 5 pot at all but 5 is all over the picture diagram. And several colors appear to be identical with different #'s on them. Update: While I really love this painting and the paints were full coverage and vibrant with a nice canvas, as well as packaged nicely, I can only update my review of 3 stars stand for the following reasons: 1) The paint colors were mislabeled and confusing so I sent a message to the vendor and received ZERO response. This is a major reason for the 3 stars as it was a packaging error on the vendors part that resulted in the confusion and mislabeling of the pots or lack of number period for one. 2) There is no boarder on this painting. So if you are wanting to stretch it on a frame, you will lose substantial boarder. The boarder is less than 1/4". This may not be an issue for some but if that is your expectation, realize it could be problematic. 3) The painting comes with no key. Several paint colors are very very close in color when looking at them in the pots so if you need to touch up an area or you missed a spot, you have no key to help you determine which color should be there. If you are not going to stretch mount this or a key is not important to you, then this is a nice product with good paints, very fun to do and results in a nice painting.

I was so excited to get this well packaged painting. It was a great price too! However the one paint row was mostly dried out abd the paint useless. I didn't even check the other numbers as I couldn't even start without the 3 colours that were bone dry. Really disappointing.

Das Bild ist richtig gut geworden. Abbildung entspricht dem Endprodukt, was ja auch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Pinsel waren okay, Farben hatten auch eine ganz gute Qualität. Man musste mind. 2 mal drüber, damit es ordentlich deckt, aber das war bisher bei wirklich allen Herstellern so, die ich ausprobiert habe- auch teure Deutsche. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Ergebnis.
