Safety Director approved. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great tool storage, but uncomfortable straps. *by J***L on May 29, 2016* I purchased this product looking for a way to consolidate my laptop briefcase/messenger bag and a small assortment of tools. While the product has a really good tool organization system, I (5' 7", athletic build) found that the shoulder straps do not adequately transfer the load off my shoulders even with the hip belt and was not as comfortable as other packs I've worn (hiking packs and other bookbags). For me, the spacing between the straps seems a little too narrow and really cuts into my arms.The product is not without it's merits though. The tool organization and quality of the backpack is top notch. If Ergodyne could figure out how to transfer more of the load to the hips, it would be a great product.
