Pure authentic curry powder at an awesome price!
Makes delicious curries and other dishes too! Unlike some other brands (like Toss, which I also purchased on Amazon), the powder is pure and they don't cut it with flour to stretch it. I was surprised by that because the price is very good for the product you're getting. I'm a bit heavy handed with mine but even then it lasted about 3.5 months with weekly use. I also really like that it comes with a stopper to further seal the jar so that it stays fresh for longer. As far as spice level, it isn't spicy at all to me, which I think is a good thing because you can then go in and adjust heat level as desired. Love Love LOVE this stuff and am actually due to order more right about now since this latest batch ran out a while back.

Decent, I won't buy more but will use all of this.
I like it and will use it all but I won't order it again. It is missing something I can't put my finger on it. Not as potent as what I am used to.

Super fragrant and delicious
I don’t have a lot of experience with Indian spices, but I love Indian food when I go out to restaurants, so I figured I would give it a shot. What I do is mix a bunch of this up in full fat yogurt and then marinate chicken in it for an hour or so, then I put the chicken on the grill or in my little convection oven. So good! The other thing I’ve done is just throw some chicken and vegetables in the Instapot and then put a bunch of this in. When it’s done, I’ll add a can of coconut milk to give it some richness. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’m doing any of this properly and I really don’t know what I’m doing, but hubby likes it, so I will keep trying different things. One thing to note… When this is cooking it will smell up your entire house! Your neighbors will probably know that you are cooking with it. It is not a bad smell, but if you are not used to having a strong food smell in your house, it’s best to cook it outside. I have one of those round convection ovens that cook from the top and I can plug it in with an extension cord and put it on the balcony. I also have a George Foreman grill that is on the balcony. I even put the Instapot on the balcony when I’m cooking this! I won’t cook with it inside.
