Sweet Chipotles, very good
For those who know what they are. Normally one chooses Chipotle for the exquisite flavor of age red peppers, but they are hot, though very tasty.Opting for sweeter chipotles es wise for those who have gastritis or low tolerance of hot meals.

Sweet and Spicy!
I love Chipotle's smoky taste but can't handle ultra-spicy. This really fits the bill. It is only slightly sweet, mildly spicy, and really smoky. When I use it, I just use a tablespoon or so at a time. Opening a can just leads to wasted product. Having it so accessible in the squeeze bottle means I reach for it more often because of the ease of use and I can spice up lots of recipes that would have gone begging before.
