Great ballast for DIY aquarium lighting.
I used it for DIY aquarium lighting (160W). Works great so far. There is one con though. After couple of hours of work it gets quite hot. I would say it's around 50°C. It's not a big deal but it says about efficiency. Overall it's a great ballast.

Inconsistent Products
I have bought many Ballasts from Amazon. This Ballast has had a lot of inconsistency in the life span of the product. one lasting over 3 years and another only lasting a month... I do believe it is not the product of the manufacturer. And I believe that I am consistently receiving 3rd party ballasts.
