While I have only had these for a short time, and therefore can't adequately comment on the long-term durability (yet), I can say that, contrary to some of the comments (can't get good grip, stiff, etc.) I don't find these to have those issues. Regarding the stiffness....yes...at first...THEY ARE NEW! :-) Just like a lot of things, they need to be broken in. Go to the gym! After using them a couple of times, the ease of wrapping them around a bar is much easier, and becomes natural to work with. They work working tremendously well at cushioning my fingers when doing shrugs, low rows, etc. This was the primary reason I bought these, and they are performing to expectation. Yes, they are different from regular straps, but you buy what you need. I needed something with good grip (they have it) and ample protection for my fingers (they have it). 'Nuff said.

I've had these about 5 months now and I have to say these are definitely a game changer. I have used these for Sumo and Sumo Romanian Deadlifts and they really help with my grip. Not only do they help with grip, but they have ensured that I complete my deadlift sets much easier, since I don't have to worry about the bar slipping out of my hands AND they have even allowed my to switch from mixed grip to double overhand, which is a lot better for your back. I may even buy an extra pair soon just for a spare set.

I get a good hold.of the weights when using these. I like them because I can just spin them around to have full use if my hands and also helps keep my hands from getting torn up on the weights.

The material feels decent, and you can tell some thought went into the design, but when it came to actually using them for pull-ups, they just did not deliver. They felt a bit weak and could not last through a full session the way I needed them to. For lighter exercises they might be fine, but if you are doing serious pulling movements, these probably are not the ones. A bit disappointing considering the potential they showed.

Been using these for several years. Originally bought to help secure heavy weight but now I'm 47 and arthritis is starting in my hands and elbow pain and so on. I started using with all body part workouts including arms. I can still grip heavy without but next morning my hands are tight and hurting. So with these it reduces the tight grip I have to use to hold thereby relieving the staring on my hand and no pain post workout.

I use these for P90X workouts with dumbells. I also use bowflex adjustable weights that have fairly large grip areas. It took a couple uses to get used to them, but I like them a lot. The wrist support is good & the pad makes lifting heavier weights more comfortable. When holding a dumbell the strap & pad work nicely together to add even more wrist support. I would lift weights with out them now. Only time will tell on the durability, but seems good for now.

These are not suitable to be used for a strap at all. The only thing these can be used for is a pad so you don’t get callouses, in which case you might as well just wear gloves. Returned after a couple hours. They do not wrap around or grip anything.

Based on the advertisement one would think this supported the wrist by sadly is way too flexible, you might as well wear a thick piece of clothe.

These lifting grips are the best. I had been using lifting hooks and wrist straps for years. After carpal tunnel and tennis/golfers elbow operations, gripping has been difficult and painful. Hooks are great for pulling and wrist straps are good for pushing. These are the best of both. Slip it around the bar for pulling and against your palm for pushing. The fact that barbells don’t rip my hands up anymore is a nice bonus. They really exceeded expectations.

Sind super Zughilfen und tun was sie sollen. Ich nutze sie schon sehr sehr lange und jetzt löst sich das Material leicht. Aber bei dem Preis auch egal. Nutze sie fast täglich schon über 2 Jahre.
