Whirlpool 715878 Drip Pan

One of the chores I hate the most is cleaning the drip pans on our Jenn Air cook top after sugary substances have been baked on or [in my case] burnt on. Seems no amount of scrubbing or oven cleaner can ever restore the finish after a while. The result is dark unsightly pans that detract from the good looks of the Jenn Air and the pans no longer reflect the heat from the elements back up to the pot being heated which makes them less efficient These replacement Drip Pans from Whirlpool are the perfect solution and at Amazon prices you can afford to discard and replace them when their condition becomes unsightly. I bought two sets. The chrome pans fit perfectly. Anything that reduces the amount of grunge work in a kitchen is welcome at my house and these drip pans fit the bill perfectly. I highly recommend them. Correction: In my first draft of this review I incorrectly referred to these drip pans as stainless steel. They are actually chrome steel, however all of my comments apply to the chrome units equally. Sorry for any misunderstanding my error might have created.

I needed new burner pans for an older model Jenn Air stove. These fit perfectly, the price was reasonable, and I'm glad I purchased them. The burner pans available in most kitchen sections of local stores do not fit in the Jenn Air. It's a pain when you must go to a specialty store to order them. I am so glad to know that I can get them at Amazon, Prime Shipping, and they are perfect for the stove!

A very good fit for my jenn-air stove top. Looks good. The finish is very slightly newer looking than the original material, but you would never notice the difference unless you tried. And I suspect they will match even better after a couple of months of use.

After looking for the correct size in our local supermarkets and Walmart, we finally found the correct size on Amazon. They fit and look good. These don't seem to be cheap (contrary to some other reviews).

I have a Jenn-Air Grill Stove w/2 burners and a grill. The large burner drip pan finally got to the point that I needed to get a new one. Th is new one looks very nice on my stove!

Yay! I couldn't be happier! Hardware stores no longer carry the huge variety of drip pans that they used to, and after looking everywhere, I finally decided to try Amazon. The whirlpool 715878 8-inch drip pan fits my old jenn-air large burners. Who knew? Bless you Amazon, keep up the good work! All these wonderful associated business partners you work with are so much help!

If you have a Jenn-Air you know how "Specialized" they can be. This is the "correct" Jenn-Air part but it's nothing more then the stuff you can get at Home Depot in other words they don't make the part anymore.

Replaced the old nasty drip pan in my Jenn-Aire with this one, added a new down draft filter and it's amazing how much better my stove looks. Perfect fit, can't tell the difference between this and the original. After seeing how these brighten up my range, I'll be purchasing new ones pretty regularly. UPDATE I initially gave these 5 stars. But after using them for about 6 months, I noticed they developed scorch marks much easier than the OEM pans. The scorch marks go all the way through the pans and as they seem to be embedded in the metal do not wash off. I can only conclude from this that these pans are made from materials inferior to the OEM pans, as those didn't develop scorch marks even after many years of use. These will have to be replaced a lot more than the OEM pans. Factor that into your decision to purchase. For the amount of cooking I do, that means replacing them every 6 months or so.
