Different than All the Rest! Awesome!
Wow! I have been shopping a long time for the correct neck brace for my cervical spine nerve compression and this one is it! I’ve tried the mechanical traction devices the other blow up traction devices. None of them are as comfortable,easy to use and effective as this product. The pressure is very comfortable and evenly distributed. Product quality itself is exceptional. I’m even wearing it right now! Love it!

Gentle spinal decompression at home .. .who knew? A bit awkward to use, but after a bit you are able to make it work. Definitely heed the author's advice to check with your medical professional before use.

Won't allow returns for a faulty product.
The velcro strips came off the plastic device when used for the first time. Bad glue? And they will not allow return for refund or return to replace the product. This device was 3 times the price of all others. But it was recommended by my chiropractor so I thought it would be best to buy this one. MISTAKE.

Shipping damage when received.
The product was shipped in a light duty box, which was squashed and torn when I received it although the product inside was ok. This should have been placed in a heavier duty shipping box .

Works great BUT the rubber bulb pump cracks with age. Replacements ARE available
The item works great for decompressing the neck and relieving pain. Only con is that the rubber bulb pump isn’t as resilient as the rest of the unit, and crackers with age. Fortunately, Amazon sells a replacement: “Brccee AC 2 Pcs Blood Pressure Bulb Pump Replacement, Healthy Sphygmomanometer PVC Adjustable Pump Bulb Rubber Blood Tester, Black”. Currently nine bucks a pair and fit perfectly. Free shipping with Prime. Beats spending ninety bucks on a whole new unit.
