We ordered 3 tables and a corner on 2 of them was damaged. A real shame really as the tables were individually well packaged. Suspicious as there was no sign of table top material in the packaging to suggest the issue was caused by the Courier. The tables are too big to make them easy to return so we just put up with the damage Superb, simple to assemble and so easy to store. The first thing I did was check all the corners. Great to see minimal damage. The top is not MDF, it is chipboard covered with poor quality melamine. However all corners are intact, just really cosmetic damage. In some areas around the corners the melamine wants to peel off so looking forward to using it as a work bench for moderate use. I wouldn't attach vices etc, the melamine will probably be damaged further. Anyway that's the reason for 4 stars. Slight cosmetic damage and the wrong material described in the sellers description. This table is erected in about 10-20 seconds and is substantial enough to bear the load easily. It folds away flat for easy storage and can be recommended for any job requiring a temporary surface.
