Too verbose, OK for total beginners
This book might be OK for absolute beginners (as in "doesn't know what HTTP is" beginner). It's very verbose, trivial things are explained in so many words and with tedious analogies. Such style is better suited for a TED talk than a focused technical book. Diagrams are overloaded with distracting details. Avoid this one if you have any real experience in the industry and value your time.

Ottimo libro sul design delle Api, abbinato ad altri testi come OAuth2 in Action, Api Security in Action e altri consente di implementare Api intuitive, essenziali ben organizzate, ben documentate e sicure.

Entrega un amplio panorama de lo que involucra el diseño de web apis, aunque hace falta profundidad de algunos temas como seguridad y pruebas. Lectura no tan ligera debido a que se centra en el análisis, contexto y perspectiva de los usuarios. Si buscas algo más práctico este no es el libro.

An excellent introduction to the subject of web API design, without being either too verbose or too superficial.

Well explained theory behind REST and the process step by step how to design REST apis. I am feeling that some details are overloaded than required , anyway, reader can decide which parts should avoid normally everyone does. In summary, this is really good book for Rest API design.
