Review: Excellent electric pressure washer, though styling doesn't do much for stowing... - I'm accustomed to using a 3200 PSI gas powered pressure washer, but space is at a premium so when the pump died last year, I seriously considered one of the portable electric units. This basically costs about $20 more than the replacement pump for my Husky pressure washer, but is a heck of a lot quieter, easier and smaller for storage. While the engine on a gas pressure washer runs all the time, this has a pressure switch so the electric pump only runs when you squeeze the trigger. That's really nice. The washer hose and the power cord are both quite long, so I didn't have much of an issue getting to the kids' play structure in the back. It was covered with moss, lichen and Algae, plus they had made it into a Cafe and wrote the menu on the sides with charcoal. What a mess. The pressure washer worked very well. It does take longer than the gas pressure washer, but that was to be expected. As far as flow rate, it put out 2 gallons in just under a minute and a half, so by my single test the flow rate is about 1.4 gpm. Not quite as advertised, but this makes up for it with very respectable pressure. The wand is adjustable both in flow rate and also in spread - you can have a pinpoint of water or a fan. The adjustment is a bit tricky - if you want to adjust the flow rate, you have to hold the 2 rotating parts together or else as you adjust the flow rate the spread will also change. Do be careful. This is the 1st pressure washer I've actually cut myself with. Entirely my own fault, I was adjusting the spread and was stupid enough to have my finger on the trigger. One thing that almost dings this down to 4 stars is the industrial design. While this looks super cool, like an orange transformer robot, the hooks and brackets don't do much in helping keep all the bits and pieces organized. I wish that it looked a bit less cool and that the hanging hooks were located in places that actually helped. I'm posting a couple of pictures of how I store it. Review: Works fine. - Wish all water fittings were metal, but other then that it works just fine for everyday cleaning (i.e car washing, sidewalks) but definitely not the type of power that comes with gas power, which of course I know when I bought this pressure washer.

Doesn't work well with others
This is my first pressure washer, and I found it very easy to assemble and operate. However, it uses some uncommon irregular connectors for its hose, which means it only works with what's in the box. You cannot attach any common accessories, like an extension rod for gutter cleaning or concrete scrubber. Universal parts people, get with it.

Very powerful gas or electric
I looked around at a few different electric power washers I found this to meet all the needs that I thought I would need I was right I used it it wasn't complicated at all it is easy to use it has a long cord to plug it is very powerful I needed to clean cement and pavers it looks like it's going to do the job I did a small area this is labor intensive Haswell has time consuming but it does the job you don't have to go back and forth several times on the first time it did do it which I was impressed with I don't see where I can add other type of nozzles because it's all built in to one nozzle a turn to the left or to the right can adjust the speed which is very convenient a lot of safety features built in you can have it plugged in and it still won't turn on unless you unlock the button under the power sprayer so I do enjoy that it is very safe wise and preventive measures it is made of plastic so you don't want to drop it or anything cuz it looks like it can crack but other than that so far so good let me get back to my tasks

misleading advertisement
on the amazon website it states 1.8 GPM- ( gallons per minute ) right on the data sticker of the product it states 1.4 GPM, that means in one minute it is producing almost half a gallon less , which equates to pressure, the pumps can't produce the pressure or flow to put out 1.8 GPM, very misleading. to get a refund, it isn't provided by amazon but the manufacturer, I don't want to get in a debate about flow rate versus pressure , it's stated 1.8 GPM , when in reality it's 1.4.

Discontinued item - but excellent customer service
I had this for a little over a year to date. I used it primarily for doing european skulls. Just two days ago, I discovered something in it went "ka-put" and wouldn't start anymore. It was getting power, but wouldn't start. I was looking to buy another, but saw the 2 year warranty and contacted the manufacturer. They said it was discontinued and couldn't give a replacement... BUT! They offered to pay for repairs if there was a repair shop I could take it to. Unfortunately, living in the river bottoms, there wasn't one within 3 hours of where I live, so they issued a refund on it. I don't do many reviews, but the manufacturer was not only quick, but polite. (I've worked in customer service for a while, and finding folks like this is like finding a needle in a haystack) LOVED the power washer, wish it wasn't discontinued.

Works great
Very user friendly. Does a great job of cleaning mildew from concrete. Likes: Brass quick disconnect for supply hose; HP hose very flexible and of a good length; AC cord very flexible and of a good length; pressure wand light weight and balanced; spray easily adjustable. Dislikes: For the price - none Had some concerns about the rated flow in GPM. Not a problem. For the size and weight it moves a lot of water.
