Does this kit come with the pattern in color (instead of all the stitches black and white)?

Its not black and white, but colors (black, gray, pink and blue) have no connection to the colors of your flosses.

Does anyone know where to buy the frame that fits this 14 by 8 inch size?

At Hobby Lobby I bought a close size - A frame that has a mat for 3 photos, remove the back and the mat. The needlework can be placed on the back and put back in the frame. Otherwise, I guess one would have to be custom made, which costs a lot more.

Is this pre printed on fabric

No. The two packages I bought was NOT printed. I bought two because I wanted to make a 11 ct one, so I need 2.1 x of floss. I hope someday USA will sell those lazer print on the fabric one (never need to refer to a chart) with color codes - so convenient to stitch.

It would depend if you like to stitch with a hoop or without. Most people I know use a hoop to do cross stitch. I do some with a hoop or bars and others I just hold them and stitch them. Most it is a personal preference. Hope that helps.
