An excellent service. I had to contact the seller to notify them of the key cod, but this was easy. Phone was answered quickly by a friendly member of the team, who made a note of my details and would look out for my order. I received notification later that afternoon that the keys had been posted, and they arrived a couple of days later. They fitted the top box perfectly. Goo product at a good price from a seller I would definitely recommend.

I found some properly old Thule roof bars for my classic Saab, but they were locked shut. A little research found these guys and for the price, I couldn’t lose by trying their key cutting service. Ordered Thursday night, had an email asking to confirm key numbers before I’d had breakfast on Friday! I called to confirm details and let them know how old (70s? 80s?) my locks were. Apparently not a problem, advised on lubricating the locks, had the keys in my hand by 10am on Monday morning! Quicker than Halfords could get them ready to collect and two keys for less than the price of one. Keys work well, I’ve now got a roof rack I can actually use. Can’t recommend enough

It's taken me a couple of months to write this and I feel a bit guilty about it because The Lock & Safe Shop were so quick off the mark to help me and give me advice via email and phone. They quickly worked out which key I needed and got it in the post to me extremely quickly. Job done, all sorted and all at a bargain price. Truly outstanding service of a type I thought no longer existed. Brilliant.

Had a car second hand with a Thule roof rack and no key. Discovered the key number is emblazoned on the lock so not exactly secure and to me not necessary so removed and sold it
