I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews regarding the size and display size. As you can see in the photo, the display is larger than a typical calculator. However, the numbers are narrower. As a negative review mentioned, there are no comma's in the display, but there is a decimal point. I purchased the Amazon Basics calculator on the left to use at work in a distribution center to verify counts. While it worked perfectly in most instances; Sometimes I needed something smaller when I was operating certain types of equipment. That is why I ordered this Casio. It was small, inexpensive and I wouldn't cry if anything happened to it at the DC. It is small. It is light. If you have large fingers, you may have problems with the buttons. Because of it's light weight, you may forget you have it in a pocket. Or forget it and lose it. So far it's worked perfectly for how I use it. While I need + 1 reading glasses often at work for my equipment mounted computer and RF Gun, I do not need them to read the screen on this calculator with the lighting in the warehouse. If I were to lose this calculator, I would probably spend $2 more for the slightly larger Casio to try it out, because is seems to have a little more substance to it. Overall, I'm happy with this calculator. It fits pretty much anywhere and is doing exactly what I bought it for perfectly. You will have to be careful with it though. Because it's so thin and light, I doubt that it is very durable. There are reviews about this item not being returnable. In my case, the calculator works fine and a return wasn't necessary. Due to the cost of the calculator and shipping, I understand why it wouldn't be returnable due to "buyers remorse". However, if it arrived, wasn't working and can't be returned, that is another issue.

Nice little calculator that works great. Easy to see the numbers but it is a little difficult to hold as it is so small. If you have bigger hands, id recommend getting a larger sized one, but this fits practically anywhere

I ordered 10 and every one worked just as they should right out of the box. I didn't buy batteries because these are going to a school overseas and they only wanted solar. Sorry, I didn't note what batteries, but it's a small button type. They shut down automatically after about 5 minutes of inactivity. I like that the ON button is protected by little ridges, so it won't get turned on by laying it facedown somewhere. They seem sturdy. Each one is wrapped in plastic and boxed in cardstock. One downside was that there were no instructions, which are available to print on the website. For simple math it doesn't matter, but square roots, % markup, and other functions might need instructions.

This is a pretty standard 4 function calculator, and works as expected for actual calculations. Moving on to its other features: It is very small side which is great for travel. The keypad is soft as well. The only downside is that it might be harder to make clean inputs with large hands or when working quickly due to both those features. It displays numbers tall and skinny, but is usually easy to read due to segment points in the numbers on the LCD. The screen is also fairly bright even operating on solar cells alone. All in all, it is a solid little 4-function calculator and has been a great addition to my schoolbag.

Very, very, very small make sure they took the dimensions however perfect for the price I guess

A tiny little pocket calculator. It's the little CASIO you remember from your youth and just what my son wanted to practice for some college testing where he is not allowed a graphing calculator. CASIO has always been good quality in my experience so no doubt it'll do the job, and I think it cost even less than buying one in the 80s or 90s.

This is a really small calculator. It works fine, but if you have fat fingers, don't buy it.

Nice little solar powered Casio Calculators. I bought these for my boys to use for math and they’re a great size to keep in our homeschool math box or even in their backpacks. Easy to use and understand. The numbers are pretty big for a small calculator! Accurate and durable. Highly recommend. It was a great deal for 2 in a pack!

Good enough to make a poor man rich! Nice large buttons for seniors, compact size and large, clear dark easy to see digits on a light background.
