Most secure phone dock for heavy truck or offroad use.
If you're in the market for a heavy duty phone holder this is it. Holds phone at any angle or orientation, is very flexible as to mounting methods (can suction mount or can be hard mounted with opt. I-bolt accessory), puts it in a driving screen mode which is uncluttered and easy to read, and WON'T LET GO. If you go offroad, this is your huckleberry. If you drive a semi, you can mount this overhead and be SURE your phone won't come bouncing down on your head. In fact, spring pressure may be too great for one-handed operation, but there is a simple mod to decrease it and it still will never let your phone slip out. Best I've ever found.

great mount
Great dock, holds phone strong, suction cup is not typical clear plastic that you wet and then stick and flip lever. It is a very tacky sticky surface that grabs where ever you pUT it, then flip the lever to lock it. The charger cord is not "intigrated" as you would imagine, the cord they supply has a place on the rear of the mount that you snap it into, in whichever direction works for you the manually plug it into the phone after docking. The main advantage of this dock is the NFC. Being able to get in the car put it in the dock and it automatically turns on Bluetooth, turns off wifi, opens car mode, w.e. you tell it to. It's very convenient. I do have to mention that it is not the easiest mount to get the phone in and out of, not very hard just a 2 handed job. Overall a great, reliable, sturdy product.

PERFECT for my Galaxy S4
I bought this dock after using a lot of different products that always fell off of the windshield and didn't stick very well. The suction cup on this mount is SUPER stable and stays exactly where you lock it in. I really like the NFC tag built into it as well. I'm not super "techy" and just by setting my phone in the cradle it automatically took me to download the app that it interacts with. The Dock n Drive app is free and lets me use everything on my phone much much easier while driving. BY FAR the best windshield/dash mount on the market.

Works great with S5 (Given S5 limitations)
Pros- Adjustable, mounts securely to windshield, includes charging cable, includes NFC chip, will handle just about any case out there Cons- Springs too firm, makes inserting and removing phone a chore. Unfortunately the S5 does not have a true dock mode anymore. While the iBolt app will serve the S5 still will not route phone conversations through bluetooth music adapter (A2DP) I am going to try a multi-profile bluetooth "carphone" next.

Good dock + bad mounting = Worthless navigation option until fixed with janky solution
The product worked great for the first 4 months, but the adhesive on the base wore off halfway through my fifth month of ownership. Since then, I can't get it to stick to anything. I'm going to look for a 3M adhesive to try and get it to work again, but I'm not holding my breath. The Dock itself works great, and holds my Motorola with Otterbox case, which I can't complain about, but with such weak adhesive, I'm less than impressed.

Great dock. Looks and feels solid
Great dock. Looks and feels solid. great quality build as is the norm for iBolt products. Yes, doesn't have the Aux out via USB cable, but for my purposes it doesn't matter as The SGS5 doesn't offer this functionality any more. I use it with a pay for app called car Home Ultra (similar to the iBolt app) and it has a setting where the app (dock) pops up on Bluetooth connect so it works great. I paired this with a Black USB 3.0 SuperSpeed cable and I couldn't be happier. Also the dock will take a range of different devices, so I will still be able to use it after I upgrade to the Note 4 later this year.

Dock works great so far
I have had this for a few days so far and my initial indication is that it's a solid, well built dock. I had a previous iBolt dock for my HTC one X and I loved that one and the suction on these will last for a very long time. In the two years I had my previous iBolt dock, it only fell off the windshield once and that was due in part to me repositioning it several times to get it "just right". This dock has similar build qualities and appears it will last for some time as well. My only issue with this one is that the spring mechanism is so tight on the top grip that it is very difficult if not impossible to insert/remove the phone with one hand without swiveling the whole dock upward. I realize this was done in an attempt to accomodate all/most phones in their respective cases but since it was so easy to flip up the top latch on my last dock to remove the phone, this will take some getting used to. I may even resort to modifying the springs or removing them so the latch simply falls loosely into place rather than spring closed. All other normal functions are there. It is very sturdy while driving when the nut is tightened down on the swivel joint, no vibration evident. The camera on my phone (Samsung S5) is clearly unobstructed for video recording if needed. Would be nice to have the NFC tag but as was answered in the questions, the S5 currently doesn't support dock mode, no fault of iBolt. The charging cord is a bit clumsy but I'm not using it anyway. I would prefer a plug in style dock but again this isn't practical for a dock that accomodates so many makes and models of phone. I'm using this with this case on a GS5 and it fits perfectly with room to spare http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I3UWD7C/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
