It is quite a soft medium.First of all the delivery was superb. I chose a date at checkout and got a text to say I would be given a time slot the night before. Got text at 9pm the day before and a phone call on the day to tell me when bed was arriving. The delivery people took great care inside my home. So very good on that score!The bed itself was well packaged. As it is king size it came in 2 parts. The gliders were very easy to fit (needed a hammer) but the u-clips were a little trickier and took a few attempts to stay in place.The drawers aren’t the best quality but will be ok for storing light objects.The mattress is beautiful-so clean and springy and soft.The headboard is quite bouncy but we will work around that to fix it to the wall.Overall good value and lovely looking bed for the cost (£300 inc. delivery). The Headboard is well made, looks great, very tall and thick. Colour was as advertised, spot on! Lovely deep grey colour! The draws are heavy but also smooth and easy to open. Put it together alone in about half an hour. Easily taken upstairs by one person as its a split base and the mattress arrives rolled up in vacuum packed polythene. I am using it in our guest room. The person using it has said its lovely and comfortable! No complaints. Good bed for the price! Maybe I could have found similar and cheaper off an online bed store but decided to go with Amazon for quicker, guaranteed delivery (it took 7 days from ordering to arrival) and hassle free returns when using Amazon Prime.
