Great quality and product! 10/10
Hello, I was given an opportunity to test this product out. The first one wasn't working properly (defective, which does happen); however, the company was quick to send me a replacement (new) and I will say I am beyond impressed. The 2nd one worked great and that is what I use now and I recommend it to all of my viewers, and fellow streamers. I have the xbox, ps4, and pc connected to it and it is super easy to switch between all 3. The product comes with a remote which makes it easier for me to use. I stream on both xbox and ps4 now since I have this switch which was something I have been wanting to do. I use an elgato to stream through PC and it was easy to connect to the switch. I have no cons only pro's. 1. Easy to use 2. Easy to install 3. Comes with remote 4. Great quality, product wise (built) 5. Great quality in regards to image quality. 6. 4k (which I love) 7. Customer service was/is great which is a big thing for me. Overall, I am giving it a 5 star, which I can give it a highrr rating but can't. I will say that I wanted to test it out before I made a review and I have been using this Since November 11th. I have even shown my viewers and fellow streamers during my stream how easy it was to use. So if you are looking into getting a switch, I highly recommend getting this one. Disclaimer: No. I was not paid to make this review. This is my honest review of this product and as mentioned, I highly recommend it. I have not had any issues at all since I installed it and I am beyond grateful that I have it. Have a great one!

Review from the Perspective of a Twitch-Affililated Streamer
When it comes to having the right stuff to livestream games on Twitch (the largest streaming platform), there is a pretty big list of items that you'll need in your cart to be able to have a smooth-running show, These include the PC, monitors, webcam, microphone, mixer (sometimes), capture card, and of course the console games (which has HDMI cables most of the time nowadays). An HDMI Switch is an incredible help in connecting multiple devices to one TV input. When HDMI ports are limited on your TV, this product comes in a pinch. In this review, I will be sharing my experiences (including pros and cons) of the HDMI Switch by Koopman. First of all, I'd like to thank Koopman for reaching out to me to review this product for them. They were always in good communications with me on social media sites like Instagram and also on email. The shipping of this product was very fast, especially for the fact it was listed under Amazon Prime's two-day shipping option. Package was complete with the product and cables, and the company even has some sweepstakes for their products, pretty smart for marketing! The product has 4 different slots that you can plug HDMI devices in. In my case, I was able to plug in most of my gaming consoles, including my Microsoft Xbox One, Sony Playstation 4, Nintendo WiiU, and Nintendo Switch Consoles (and if there were more slots, i could use them, because i also have a Roku streaming device and a Nintendo SNES Classic device (which plays the old Super Nintendo Entertainment System Games). Also be aware that this device does require there to be a Power Outlet in close range (the power adapter cord is included, and its a shorter than I wanted it to be). The LED indicators are bright and a clearly show what device is currently on, and all it takes is a button press to switch. The most important thing and best thing about this HDMI Switch device in my experiences is that it worked smoothly when communicating with my Elgato HD60S capture card. If I wanted to switch consoles while I am streaming from playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on my Nintendo Switch to Rocket League on my Xbox One to Overwatch on PS4, and then back to my Nintendo Switch to play Super Smash Bros., I can do all that without delay or issue. Being able to do this saves me from needing to waste time get up to manually plug in and out hdmi devices into my capture card. And now to review the PROS and CONS: PROS: -Ships Amazon Prime (if you need it quickly) -Pricepoint is great for the quality of the product -Works seamlessly when connected to a television or a capture card. -Has a good number of hdmi slots (4 in total) -Works great with 720P televisions, even though its advertised to work with 4K Televisions -Great customer service with Koopman CONS: -AC Power Cord Needs to Be Longer (i was barely able to position it so it wound't stretch) -More slots possible in a future model? VERDICT: To be quite honest, it was hard for me to find cons besides the power cord, as this product is definitely solid. I had a very successful experience with the product for using it for my streaming pleasures on Twitch. I would definitely say this is a must-buy when it comes to someone that wants to stream multiple consoles on Twitch and wants the most time-efficient transition. And even if you aren't a streamer, its still a very quick and easy way to switch between home console devices on your television, whether its a 720HD television like mine, a 4K television like advertised, or something inbetween. Bottom line, the Koopman HDMI Switch is worth every penny!

Works with Next Gen Game consoles in 4K 60hz.
This product was purchased for its small footprint, feature set, and price compared to other brands. It comes with a remote w/battery (I've no need to use, but it works fine), USB cable, and Power Adapter. Overall this HDMI Switch functions as stated with full 4K 60hz throughput, and unlike my older HDMI 1.4 Switch, happily works with the Xbox Series X and the PS5 with no complaints on the part of the consoles. On my part, and I am unsure if it is my setup, my TV, or the Switch, but I oft have to toggle the source from the Console input to another input and back for it to catch the Audio Signal. A minor bother, but AGAIN, may not be the Switch. Either way I would recommend this device for its features matching up with its claims, ease of setup, its USB power input (so you can replace the AC Adapter with ease), and when you "register" it, Koopman's 2 year warranty. Here's hoping it lasts as long as I need to use it.

Huge bang for the buck.
My reason for needing this HDMI switch might be a little different than everyone else's. I bought a Marsaille mClassic to enhance my retro game consoles and upscale my Sega Dreamcast since my Elgato doesn't like most of my HDMI cable outputs. Anyway, my mClassic does NOT like my receiver being my HDMI switch, so I looked into something that would just fit my needs for my Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, and Xbox. I saw Koopman on Facebook and decided to give it a try. For just $20 I figured I couldn't go wrong. And I didn't. This HDMI switch is perfect for my needs and works with my mClassic. The 4 ports on the back and output on the side make it easy to get all my stuff hooked up. The IR remote, while needs to be in eye-shot of the switch, works from my couch 12 feet away from it. The video quality is excellent! Especially with the older consoles you don't see any noise or pixel issues entering the picture. No lag either. And while I can manually switch the channels if I want, I really like that whatever the active source is, that is automatically switched to in priority of the number. So basically whichever console I turn on, that's the one that automatically comes up. Now, to be fair since this is a 4K switch, I did test putting my Xbox One X through it, and seeing what the picture quality was like. Again, no difference from putting the console directly to my 4K TV. Everything looks great, and this model is HDR10 compatible so that is not an issue either. One final thing, this switch is DECEPTIVELY small. It is almost literally palm-sized. So you could hide it behind your TV if you don't care about the iR remote. This is a definite recommend.

While it's working, it's great
It does exactly what you'd expect. I had this guy hooked up to my 2nd monitor, that way I could switch between my PC, PS4, and Switch console. It was doing great for about a month, but then when I went to hook up my Xbox to play an old game, it stopped displaying altogether. I tried everything I could to troubleshoot, including completely different cables, resetting the power, changing displays, etc., but nothing worked. The weird thing is my monitor detected that it was plugged in, but the display from all 4 ports didn't come through once I plugged in that 4th one. I ended up rating this a 4 star because it does exactly what you want really well, and since amazon is replacing the item I'll be happy with the working item. Hopefully mine was just defective and this isn't a common problem. EDIT: I got a replacement from Amazon, and a few months down the line the same exact thing happened. I had all 4 HDMI ports filled and it was working fantastically. Unplugged my Nintendo Switch when I went on vacation, came back, plugged it back in, and now all 4 ports don't work. If I unplug the cord, the monitor recognizes that I unplugged it, but when I plug it back in, I get a "No Display Detected". The fact that the same exact issue happened twice proves it's a cheap brand with products that are not made with quality parts. Do not waste your time. Moving my review to 1-star and purchasing a different brand, because an HDMI switcher is awesome to have. Just not this product or brand.

Better than expected
I'm more pleased with the product than I had expected. This is because since the device has an on/off state, my computer doesn't detect that it's plugged into a second screen until I turn the HDMI switch to on. This makes it so I never have to unplug my computer from my TV; it's a quality of life thing that means a lot. Prior to the HDMI switch, I had to disconnect my computer's HDMI feed to the TV when I wanted to use only the computer monitor. Now all I have to do is press a button on the remote. Very convenient. As far as the product goes, it's a quality device that does its job well. The remote is tiny, and hasn't let me down. The HDMI switch does not impact the video quality, refresh rate, audio quality, or the response time; I can use this for multiple hour gaming sessions no problem. It does not get hot either. Koopman reached out to me asking me if I could take the time out of my day to tell them how the product performed. It wasn't an automated message, and they weren't asking for a review, but it was a real person making sure I was happy with my purchase. Small gestures like this mean a lot. I greatly appreciate Koopman's interpersonal customer service. I decided a positive review was the least I could do.

Great HDMI switch
My older TV (LED 1080p HDTV) only has two HDMI ports, and I have three things I want plugged in, so I bought this switch based on the reviews and rating. I didn't need anything extravagant and I only needed to plug in one more item, but I chose this one with four ports should I get anything else in the future for which I need another one. Currently, I have my cable box and XBOX plugged into this, which is plugged into one HDMI port on my TV, and my Firestick plugged into the second HDMI port on my TV. I can easily swap from my cable box to my XBOX and I haven't noticed any quality loss in picture. The remote is basic, but it works just fine; it switches ports easily. It's easy to tell which ports have things plugged in since there is a light indicating which port has something connected. I know very little about this sort of technology, and I was able to plug this in and use it with no problems. I don't recall if this is stated in the description anywhere, but it doesn't come with an HDMI cable, so I did have to buy one separately in order to use be able to use both my cable box and XBOX. Not a big deal, just something worth mentioning if you don't have any extra cables laying around. Overall, this has been a great little device and it works out really well for my needs. I haven't had it all that long, but there have been no issues whatsoever while I've had it.

Worked (with HDMI issues) for 18 months, then failed
I'll say up front that, despite the 3* review, issues, and ultimate failure, I did wind up purchasing a replacement. The price point is right, and I can live with the problems/repurchase...but just keep in mind that it isn't the best piece of hardware. Purchased to allow switching between a fire stick, bluray player and game console. Did it's core job well, although sometimes had some HDMI pairing issues where the screen color would be off on wakeup; this didn't happen when things were being directly plugged in to the video, so I attribute it to the switch. A powercycle of the video resolved the problem. Last night, while watching a movie, the switch failed in such a way that audio was still carried through, but video failed (not obvious it was the switch at first, had to pull all the wiring out of it's straps to test various combos). No amount of power cycling or using different inputs would help. Ordered a replacement, hopefully it manages to live longer.
