Perfect strength, taste and blend are heavenly. The scent and smoothness are the best part, anytime of day. (Remember to open pull off lid very slowly)

Rich, Fresh, and Chocolatey—One of the Best Coffees I Have Tasted
This is one of the best coffees I have tasted. It is wonderfully rich, fresh, and full-bodied, with a delicious chocolatey flavor. It makes an excellent morning coffee, and my daughter and I now drink it with great pleasure. We enjoy illy coffee so much that we signed up for regular subscription deliveries. This coffee disappears very quickly in our house, and we look forward to every new can.

Tastes Great, Doesn't Stay Fresh Long
This is a solid ground coffee, but I recommend using it within 2 to 3 weeks of opening. Compared to other ground coffees I've tried, this one loses its flavor much faster, and you can definitely notice the smell start to change after a couple of weeks. That said, the taste is really good while it's fresh. It's smooth, reliable, and easy to find at most grocery stores. It's my go-to whenever I can't get my hands on freshly roasted specialty coffee.

Good, BUT
This is a good tasting coffee. It's supposed to be a grind compatible with drip, French press and pour over, which would be a medium to medium fine grind, this one however is a fine to very fine grind. This makes it difficult to obtain an optimal extraction. Illy should know better. This grind is much better suited for espresso. As such, I've deducted one star, and I deducted another star for the price being a bit higher than it should.
