This is my second 85cm ball. I bought the first one in the beginning of the pandemic, when I started working from home. I have a toddler, he had just turned 1 at the time, and I had made a foam tile floor playroom. I needed to both work and watch him so I set up my 3 computer workstation in his playroom. I didn t want a chair in there that he might het hurt against so I ordered my first Promic Ball. I sat on it for .... up to 50hrs/week for over a year. Its great. I would bounce during Zoom calls, lay on it on my belly and stretch my spine during breaks and him and I would play with it or on it sometimes. This past week, it got a tiny puncture, I think it may be because I rolled over a tiny piece of sharp mulch. Anyway....great product. I taped the puncture and still sat on it for 2 days until the new one was ready.

I loved the purple color & I am using it for Cardio Drumming. Very sturdy, Holds the air well. It is time consuming to pump it up, but not hard. There is a question regarding pain relief, I did not grade that as I have not used the ball for that purpose. I guess I did not know it could help in that area. Am thinking about purchasing another to use at work to sit on instead of my office chair.

Love this ball. I'm a new user but the rubber seems to be great quality, compares to others in all ways except the high price, and the color matched exactly to the ad. I've had it a short time, but it's helped me with my stretching a lot already. I recommend it to anyone, but especially those afraid to use them. It feels safe, and is super thick and durable. I feel comfortable on it, and that in itself is huge, (for me anyway 😜).

The ball is great quality and size and served me well for bouncing, rolling, stretching, and laboring with this pregnancy. The pump that comes with the ball is horrible. It didn't stay inserted into the ball, pieces kept coming apart, it hardly put off any air so it took FOREVER to air up, and by the time i finished it was pretty much smashed and broken to death. The ball held its air well and stayed sealed. I didn't have to air it up over the course of two months of bouncing and rolling.

Got this as an alternate "chair" for my desk. Followed the instructions to partially inflate and then wait. The next day I was easily able to fully inflate the ball using the pump provided. It required me to keep constant pressure on the tip so it stayed in the hole and prevented air leakage during inflation. Regarding the comments about how the ball improves your posture should be taken "with a grain of salt". It will improve your posture if you sit up straight and use your core muscles, but it won't prevent you from slouching as usual. I do love that it lets me bounce as I sit so that my legs aren't always stationary in a down position. :)

If you’re newly working from home, chances are you don’t have a desk chair as comfortable as the one you left behind in the office. At the recommendation of a colleague, I decided to try using a stability ball as a WFH chair, and it was a vast improvement over the hard dining room chair alternative. I followed the instructions to inflate it over two days with the included foot pump. It was easy to adjust the firmness later by removing the stopper and adding more air. The only problem is that during video calls, I can’t stop bouncing around, and it’s terribly distracting for the other attendees.

I bought it because it came with an air pump. It worked as expected - this is manual so you do have to step on the pump over and over to get it filled, but I didn't want to pay for automatic pumps. And once filled, I have not had to add air to it. Recommendation - read and follow directions about filling it part way and coming back 24 hours to add more air. I did need to do that. I purchased 65 cm ball, I am 5' 6" . This size is working, if I were to change sizes it would be to go up, not down, in size (in case you are debating what size to buy).

My back was bothering me so I am using this one for my office job. I actually think the 55 cm is too small for even though it is supposed to be for my height. I am 5 ft 4. It's so cheap in price, I ordered the 65 cm. It seems pretty good for the price. Comes with pump, plug remover and extra plugs. I love exercise balls and use it for workouts as well. My kids play with it roughly and it has been keeping its air pretty well. I have no complaints on this ball I wouldn't say its top notch quality but it works! And it has many colors to choose from.
