The best of the low-carb tortillas
I first learned of these Mama Lupe low-carb tortillas in a USA Today online article. They were recommended by a couple of their "experts" as the best tasting low-carbohydrate tortilla on the market. At the time, I couldn't find them locally, so I ordered online. I've tried a number of low-carb tortillas in the past and had pretty much given up on them. The flavor and texture was so different than regular tortillas that it didn't seem worth the loss in taste in order to lose the carbs. And, for the better-tasting ones, the difference in carbs wasn't significant enough to bother making the switch. I'd have to say that I agree that these Mama Lupe tortillas are the best in the low-carb arena. They taste very similar to regular tortillas...but with a significantly worthwhile difference in both carbs and calories. They're high in fiber and contain only 60 calories each with only 3g net* carbs (*Net Carbs is equivalent to Total Carbohydrates minus Dietary Fiber minus Sugar Alcohol). Our family loves them for fish tacos. I sauté or grill tilapia (or other light fish) with spices, white wine, and garlic. Besides the fish, I include bowls of shredded lettuce and spinach, guacamole, onions, tomatoes, etc. Sometimes we fill them only with grilled veggies. Roll them up with fresh fruit or sugar-free pie filling and heat them up for an easy, lower-carb "pie." I do wish that Mama Lupe's tortillas also came in a larger size since these 7" rounds are pretty small. Also, while I can occasionally find them at some brick-and-mortar stores, I usually have to order online. (Just an FYI -- I can usually find them online for the best price at Netrition) Ingredients: water, whole wheat flour, low carb flour (wheat gluten, corn starch, oat fiber, soy flour, soy oil, isolated soy protein, sesame flour, salt, calcium sulfate, sodium acid pyrophosphate. Contains 2% or less of: dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, fumaric acid, calcium propionate (preservative), potassium sorbate, sucralose, and sodium metabisulfate). Vegetable shortening (palm oil, vegetable mono & diglycerides, polysorbate 60). Baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate). Salt, sodium propionate (to preserve freshness), fumaric acid, and dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfate, microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate).

BEST LOW CARB SHELLS IN THE WORLD!!!!
THESE ARE INCREDIBLE!!!! I took a chance and only bought one pack. They are pricey, but man o'man they far exceeded my expectations. I have bought low carb shells before only to be disappointing by taste, or have them falling apart. These Mama Lupes are none of that, I did a quick heat in a pan with some nonstick spray and made a full, I mean full taco and the shells never cracked anywhere, they compressed to my hand and molded to the filling. The flavor was great. You can talk to my wife, I was so happy eating my first taco with one of these, it was pure joy I finally found a decent low carb shell. After starting a low carb (keto) diet I thought I would have to give up all breads but being able to have these shells, I am in heaven. I even made a small pizza by cooking the shell in the oven rack until crispy, add sauce and cheese and I can tell you I will buy many many more of these. Also with the carbs at 7g and dietary fiber at 4g there are only 3 net carbs per shell, are you kidding me?? You cant find that anywhere. Hats off to the makers of Mama Lupe!!!! these are the best low carb shells ever!!!

... month since i went lo-carb and its been the best thing for me ever
its been a month since i went lo-carb and its been the best thing for me ever....after sweating out the two weeks of headaches and detox from living on boxes of crackers ive come to the place where i can finally tolerate and want to enjoy some bread and carb type items...i missed making wraps! these are good, yes its too expensive for one pack so i wish i could find them locally i put them in a fry pan and sort of toast them....sometimes i put cheese and salsa in them sometimes i just stuff it with salad and chicken its def not like having a real tortilla or wrap but its pretty tasty for what it is

YUM! I can have normal tacos again! 3 net carbs = KETO-FRIENDLY!!! Woot!
I was concerned at first by some of the reviews, but I took a chance, and I was not disappointed. Not only were they fresh, but they were also delicious. As long as I receive a quality product like this every time, I will be a long time customer! Only 3 net carbs per tortilla! They taste great especially when you can't have normal tortillas on the Keto diet! I recommend these to anyone on a low carb diet or Keto! THEY ROCK!! NOTE: Please don't listen to the person who thinks these aren't keto because they contain wheat flour. Remaining in ketosis is about staying under your carb limit these are 3g net carbs each and are definitely keto-friendly.

Terrible, non-keto ingredients, even though they're low carb
Although these are low carb, they have all kinds of horrible, non-keto ingredients. Wheat, seed oils, etc. Ugh. Horrible. But I wanted to make keto pizza and so I got these. The price here is outrageous, too. You can get them way cheaper elsewhere. But for the occasional pizza, my body will just have to deal with the harmful ingredients because they taste pretty good.

Low Carb Deliciousness
I was depressed because most low carb breads or bread products are tasteless. I went on-line to look for low carb flour tortillas and found Mama Lupe. I tried them and they're GREAT.Wow, these were so soft and wonderful, just like the regular tortillas I used to have before They even heat up like regular flour tortillas...nice and fluffy. I can finally have burritos or just tortillas with butter.I made everything from eggs scrambled with cheese and salsa to macho burritos using these tortillas. I will never buy another brand of tortillas. love it, great alternative for bread and can make tasty foods like wraps and such. This has improved my life considerably because I LOVE flour tortillas.

Read my review!!
Almost didnt buy these because of the negative comments but I’m glad I did!! This is one of The best discoveries I’ve made while on keto. I think they taste better than regular tortillas. I cook them on a pan with butter and I swear I can eat the entire pack that way. I use them to make tacos (no more lettuce wrap) quesadillas and eat my eggs with them. They were a little warm upon delivery in this hot California weather but they were still super fresh inside the packaging. We finished a pack in like 3 days between two of us and have ordered a 4 pack since it’s a cheaper price (pretty much buy 3 get one free). For the people saying they got expired moldy tortillas, lol don’t order food unless it’s on prime. I’ve been using prime for everything and it all arrives super quick and super fresh. I’ve never had the issue of getting bad food. Also LOL at homegirl who wrote that she’s thinking about suing because she got kicked out of keto ahahaha Karen definitely ate something else that messed her up because I’ve eaten three in a day and still in ketosis and still losing weight. And yes they’re expensive but it’s made with special ingredients to make it low carb, it wasn’t going to be the same price or cheaper then the other products. Whoever doesn’t understand why low carb items cost more youre all welcome to make them yourself at home and save some money!!

These are great and I will likely continue to stock them in ...
These are great and I will likely continue to stock them in my kitchen. They are wonderful cut up and fried for tortilla chips, they get crispy but retain a lovely chewy texture too. Like a cross between a corn tortilla chip and a flour tortilla. They make amazing low-carb pizzas as well. My only complaint is that they have a slightly odd scent. Its not a big deal at all, and like I said I will continue to purchase these because they are a terrific low carb product
