Fast delivery and box looks clean and new. Looks beautiful. sound quality and clarity are fine. Best gift for parents. Additional features of Radio , bluetooth and USB give scope for best utility. Only issue is with warranty registration. when i am registering the S No it shows that it has already been registered with another mobile No.

Saregama caarvan mini Telugu... Nice product, build quality is good. Sound output is also good and decently louder (as it's a personal gadget can't expect much louder). FM radio functioning is not upto the expectations. Signal recieving is not much stronger with full length antenna. Bluetooth connectivity is good. Songs selection is also ok. Mostly liked by elder people like parents and grandparents. Easy to operate and nice timepass for elders.

I worked decent for about 6months. After the warranty period expired the device started to give me trouble. do not recommend I purchased the Gadget with great excitement to gift it to my mom, hoping it would live upto its promising features. Initially, it lived up to its reputation and worked decently for about six months. During this time, I found it to be a useful companion in my daily activities. However, my overall experience with the device took a drastic turn for the worse once the warranty period expired. Right after the warranty's end, the Gadget began to show signs of trouble. The once reliable performance became sporadic, and it frequently malfunctioned, causing significant frustration. I tried troubleshooting the issues on my own, but to no avail. It was apparent that the gadget's durability was questionable, especially considering it stopped functioning just after the warranty protection ended. I attempted to contact the manufacturer's customer support in hopes of finding a resolution to the problems. Unfortunately, my interactions with their support team were less than satisfactory. Their response was slow and unhelpful, leaving me even more disappointed with the overall product experience. Considering the hefty price tag and the promises made during the initial purchase, I had expected the Gadget to have a longer lifespan and withstand everyday usage. Regrettably, it failed to meet these basic expectations, leaving me with a useless and non-functional device beyond its warranty period. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Gadget to potential buyers. Its short-lived performance and lackluster customer support make it an unreliable investment. I would advise exploring other options in the market from brands known for their reliability and excellent post-purchase service. In disappointing you, it is no less than cheap Chinese product.

I'm delight to share my feedback regarding prompt return and replace services....once again thankuh so much carvaan team🙏🏻nd I personally like SaReGaMaPa Karwa because the song collection in it is very good. The quality of sound is also fab.👌

Hi , Please take note of the following points 1. Sound Quality is good 2. Bluetooth connectivity is also good. 3. Second day of receiving the product, the Saregama mode stopped working. Having seen some videos how to fix saregama mode I feel like there is an issue with this product in saregama mode. 4. Device came with a card stating that warranty does not apply when purchased online. 5. Signal Reception is not that good. Have to go around different rooms of the house to find proper reception quality of sound. Unfortunately the place of signal does not suit to the place where I would like to sit and listen to the music. 6. Backup power only stays for around 30 mins and then you will have to put it on charge. Thank you
