Horrendous.
I wouldn't even give this item a 1 star if I could. The website is massively confusing. I now have an extremely disappointed son who cannot use his smart watch for Christmas. I have messaged them and messaged them and had not one response. So the only thing left to do now is write a review. Horrific experience and also ruined my sons Christmas.

If I could give no stars I would. This product does not only not say what is advertised, but also involves a heavy longwinded registration process. The registration process includes sharing personal data such as your passport, driving license and photo Id. This is completely unnecessary for just a SIM card! DO NOT BUY!

you have to register online but one things I dont like....you have to scan your ID document. you never know where it can go???!!! so I'm not gonna use it.

Waste of money!!
I couldn’t get it to work. Even after spending a week registering on the app Incouldnt get my device connected. Also, it works with international numbers!??? So don’t know what the calling rates would be??? Total waste of money.

Do Not Buy This is the hardest SIM to activate they even ask personal details. Would NOT Recommend! I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
